Drove from Fort Myers to Naples, to look at a used Miata, and the experience was worth it as we decided in a new Miata instead. From our salesman Phil to Ryan in finance the experience was one of no pressure and the experience was worth it as we decided in a new Miata instead. From our salesman Phil to Ryan in finance the experience was one of no pressure tactics. Our original appointment was with Caroline whom was attending another customer at the time of our arrival, but the team at Naples Mazda were very attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle. More

If you value your money or time, avoid this place, never again. They advertise cost of an oil change of five quarts of oil for $29.95. When you get to the dealership, they told me it will cost more like $50 again. They advertise cost of an oil change of five quarts of oil for $29.95. When you get to the dealership, they told me it will cost more like $50. I expressed my concern, Jake Davidson told me the $29.95 price is just to lure people in, it's not the actual price. Because I expressed my disappointment, he will try to keep the cost lower. They ended up charging me $34.95, not the $29.95. They told me the additional $5 cost was to dispose of the old oil. This is a normal part of the oil change, which most dealers resell the used oil. My appointment was for 12:30, the oil change was finished at 3:00, two and a half hours later, an DC this was with an appointment. I asked them to stop the false advertising as this is fraud, which is criminal. They argued with me and tried to convince me advertising a lower price is acceptable in their business. This should be a class action lawsuit for fraud and false advertising. This dealership can't be trusted and needs new management. Regards Gene Lamento 508 808 9280 More
