We visited this dealer on January 1, 2023. We were greeted in the parking lot by Phil. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He was able to find a used CX-9 on the lot that exactly fit our needs. All the folks we dealt with that day were efficient and friendly. We were impressed with the technology and that we were given our documents on a thumb drive. When we picked up the vehicle, it was clean and full of gas. Phil did an excellent job of explaining all the features on the vehicle and was easily able to answer all our questions. Ryan was also very helpful and patient. More
