Didn’t get a printed receipt when I picked up my car last month; was told it would be emailed to me but it never was. While there I inquired about pricing for the garage door opener to be added to my car. Wa month; was told it would be emailed to me but it never was. While there I inquired about pricing for the garage door opener to be added to my car. Was told they’d email me the information about pricing; but never got that either. They were supposed to order a part for me. I’ve been waiting about a month, haven’t heard anything so I decided to call. After being left on hold for a lengthy amount of time, I was told it would be another two weeks for the part. I know it’s completely out of their control when parts come in. However a year ago this same thing happened with the service dept. for another part they were ordering for me. I waited over two months, and then had to call again to inquire. After I called, to inquire they told me it would be about a week later. If a part is taking months perhaps a phone call or text update to communicate. Otherwise, it feels like they forgot. As for the service people that work there, I like them all. They are all very nice and very kind. More
