The sale was the only concern of the salesman and the dealership. Whenever I asked a question, it was talked around. Naples Mazda is unlike any other dealership. I was surprised and amazed on how diligently Michael Post and Ryan worked to get me a phenomenal deal on my very first CX-30. I saw the vehicle I wanted, he prompted me to have a test drive and weigh my purchasing options. Ryan made sure I was satisfied and made it clear that Mazda stands for its customers and was willing to work with me. Overall, Michael, Ryan and Daniel helped me move from an Altima to a very Soulful Red CX-30. We had a great experience this weekend with the Service Dept. The Manager Roger went out of his way to resolve an issue we had. Let me say first that I own to Mazda‘s CX5 and a CX9 and I love them with that said my CX9 was having problems and the dealership had my car for over two months trying to figure it out, then the New manager I love them with that said my CX9 was having problems and the dealership had my car for over two months trying to figure it out, then the New manager, Roger of the service department took control of the situation, and I got my car back the following week! He really took command of the situation and was in contact with me almost every day of the status, I feel that Roger being added to the staff, brought the service department to a higher level, and I will always recommend going to Naples Mazda More
