I've been buying and selling vehicles for over 30 years, first name basis with dealer owners up north, as well as a business owner and managing a staff of 30 at peak . You my friend are the epitome of the stereotypical car dealership GM, and that's being kind. Truth be told, you were the main catalyst for my decision not to pull the proverbial trigger yesterday on the BMW. In just the few minutes of observing your arrogance , and the fact that you are allowed to conduct your management style on a daily basis at someone else's business in such a manner of which surely breeds contempt, disfunction, and low morale throughout the ranks there is unsettling. Consumers need to be made aware of the insincerity, forged, and feigned ( phoney) customer service tactics, and obvious lack of having your customers best interests at the forefront of doing business. Your just looking for the quick buck, providing no flexibility which in the long term will affect you at some level . I will make it a point to steer as many potential buyers clear of you, and your dealership.
