Still waiting for $3,000 that was mistakenly billed to me for unwanted warranties. The money was taken in a “loan” in two days and I was told it would take 60 days to be returned. Do yourself a favor and run away from this sleazy operation as fast as you can. It does not matter what you negotiate out on the floor, the sales team and back office finance will slip back in all operation as fast as you can. The finance guy, Mike S, speedily ran through the forms with little to no explanation. The level of trust I thought I had established was totally taken advantage of. This was my 7th - and now last - Mazda due to this terrible, awful experience, and Mazda corporate will get an earful about this shady operation that clearly does not give a xxxx about securing loyal, repeat customers. I have found on FB that I am not the only victim of Naples Mazda. Again, keep clear, and also stay away from the Fort Myers Mazda dealer too - I think they are both owned by the same group More
