customer service is terrible took my car for repairs the part i needed was supposed to be here they checked my car in told me it was going to be one and a half hours I waited two hours and nobody to the part i needed was supposed to be here they checked my car in told me it was going to be one and a half hours I waited two hours and nobody told me anything went to the customer service desk where they informed me that my part had not been shipped. so after taking the day off work and waiting at the dealership for three hours nothing got done great job NAPLES MAZDA More
