I've had lots of experiences with buying, selling, trading cars (like many people) and have had many good experiences, yet, Mike tops them all. He is forthcoming, he listens, he advises, he doesn't push, he researches and shares data . . . He provides what every car dealer should - a true customer focused experience. And that isn't all - once you buy or lease from him he continues to provide you the services that you need and makes it easy. He never seems to mind, no matter the question or the need. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Melanie makes the whole service experience as painless as it can be. I am delighted to have such a trustworthy service person with whom I have no worries. You'll love having your service done there. I find them so good, and Melanie so accommodating, that I even take my BMW to them. While they are an Infiniti dealer, I was as pleased with the work she managed on my BMW as I was my original BMW service folks in North Carolina - and that is high praise. You'll love Melanie. More

Overall excellent service and price. However, I received a telephone call one day prior to the appointment advising that a loaner car was not available. Upon arriving at the dealership there were a number o a telephone call one day prior to the appointment advising that a loaner car was not available. Upon arriving at the dealership there were a number of apparent loaner cars quite visibly parked on the grounds. No explanation was offered as to why they were unavailable. More
A visit for service is always a good experience. Everyone is so friendly, the service my car needs is always explained (patiently) to me. My Infiniti G37 convertable would not start on Saturday afternoon. Called the national roadside service. they arrived within 30minutes.Started car then I drove to the dealership. I had called ahead and the afternoon. Called the national roadside service. they arrived within 30minutes.Started car then I drove to the dealership. I had called ahead and they were waiting for me.Tony had me in a rental and out the door in ten minutes.Called twenty minutes later to say I could pick the car up Sunday morning. Best customer service I have ever had with any dealer. I mean by far the best. Just teriffic. Tony is unbelievable... Chuck More
