Horrible service Dropped of the car on a Saturday. Front passenger floor was wet due to a leak. I told them to check the AC before because that happens to me on my previous car. I left town on Sunday and was told they would follow up with me during the week. I never received a call from them. I called on Wednesday to ask for the status and was told they we’re getting someone to check on the windshield seal. Was called later to ask me for $185 to fix the problem. I called again Friday and was then told that the windshield was not the problem they found an issue with the AC but it may not be ready by Monday when I needed the car. I asked for a loaner and they told me the would called me back to see if the could have it ready by Monday. I never got a called back. I called twice on Monday and left messages but no one called back. I showed up around 4pm and the service advisor was looking at his phone, I asked for my car and his said they needed to check with the windshield people because they think that’s the problem. What? I asked for my car and left. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. It’s the second time I had a bad experience. The first time they had to order parts for repair and they forgot to order them and didn’t have notes in the system. Never called back, I called a second time and once again they have forgotten to place the order. They are horrible! More

One year into my purchase I called for service and was told this was no longer offered by the dealership. You can imagine my disappointment. I emailed my salesperson, Anthony Blasini and he immediately stepped up and arranged to honor the deal without further issue. If you deal with Anthony you will be treated very well and have someone who actually stands behind his word. More

Needed a fix fast and got in the next day! I do not drive a Infiniti but the service department was nice enough to provide me with service on the Volkswagen Jetta. Tyler DeBo was very pleasant to speak with and was very eager to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle at the time. He provided me with information about what was going to be done with my vehicle, set me up with a very nice loaner car and made sure that I knew the directions clearly before I left the premise. I would and will be recommending this facility to family and friends not only for service but for future car purchases, including myself. The service department works in a timely manor and provides updates about your vehicle. Everyone has a great personality and is very upbeat to make sure that your experience there is nothing but the best. I will be servicing my vehicles here for the long run. More

Certified Preowned Vehicle do not buy here. They don’t back there warranties say it was an outside force. When they don’t want to pay for the work. They don’t even. know when this happened .They could have sold this car to me.with this problem. Who certified this vehicle they also missed a sensor for the airbag had to rip the passenger seat out. I would never buy a car here or have it serviced . I hope to get the TV and Newspapers to help me with this injustice and make them fix my car free of charge. More
