Seamless and relaxed! I bought a car from Gerosky Sainvil who is known as "G". This is my 2nd Infiniti and as everyone knows buying a car is very stressful. However, with G I bought a car from Gerosky Sainvil who is known as "G". This is my 2nd Infiniti and as everyone knows buying a car is very stressful. However, with G no pressure, no hassles it was so easy. I took the car home, and of course I loved it. He showed me how to use all the features and since I didn't read the manual, ( and he knows I don't always pay attention to those details) I can text him and he is always there for me even if his day off!! I can always count on him, which is very important to me, and makes me feel safe! He is also a sweet great guy! Nothing is too much for him, he must make all his clients feel special. He really knows his products, all the cars and SUV"s and makes sure you are happy when you leave and that everything was done properly. I will stick with him always! Thanks G. you are the BEST!! More

Very pleased with the service. I brought my car in for an oil change. Upon inspection I was told the car need additional work. Front brakes, filters, and transmission fluid change. I expected it was time for this work when I brought the car in and was happy to have it taken car of. They provided me with a loaner and I was able to pick up the car the next day. Will return in 5,000 miles. More
Solved a problem no one else could. I took my car to Infiniti of Naples to diagnose an issue that had baffled two other mechanics/garages. After a long period of time (6+ hours), my car I took my car to Infiniti of Naples to diagnose an issue that had baffled two other mechanics/garages. After a long period of time (6+ hours), my car would not start. Once started (via a quick lithium battery pulse) it would run without issue throughout the day. It would stop and start all day, but after 6 or so hours of sitting, the car was dead. I figured it was a parasitic drain of some sort. I was told by other mechanics that my battery was good, my starter was good and my alternator was good. Alex and Mike at Infiniti of Naples worked to diagnose the problem by keeping the car for 2 days. They finally determined that the battery may have had a bad cell. They replaced the battery and were no longer able to recreate the issue. The battery was expensive, but does carry a 2 year “no cost” replacement warranty and an 8 year general warranty. Infiniti of Naples worked with me to bring the cost closer to other estimates I had received for the service and after dropping my car on Monday, I picked it up on Wednesday and the problem was resolved. It’s now been a few days and the problem is non-existent. I was always notified as to what was happening and received both text and phone updates with status updates. Excellent customer service. More

I went there solely to purchase the Mercedes and I feel he was honest and upright in his representation of the car I had purchased the car as is and even when I had some difficulty after I got home Joshua made sure that the issue was taken care of and that the representation of your dealerships was kept intact. I had a lot of fun with him joking about me purchasing a Mercedes as I think he was surprised I highly recommend Naples Infiniti and I would highly recommend Josh as a Salesman. I bought the Mercedes as and as is deal and even though I had some difficulties with the car after the purchase Josh and the the service department took care of it promptly and correctly maintaining a reputation of Naples Infiniti.
