Carlos was fantastic, very professional, friendly and from a customer service prospective always went the extra mile, above & beyond to be certain I was satisfied with every experience at Germain Infinity. Mike was super efficient, made my financing and taking delivery the smoothest experience ever. I am honestly extremely satsfied with all aspects of their service regarding purchasing a new vehicle, and will be telling others about this. This is my 5th Leased vehicle and my 2nd Infiniti. The staff at Germain was by far the MOST professional, helpful and friendly group of guys I ever delt with when making a vehicle purchase. When I walked into the dealership I did't get that uncomfortable feeling like I got from the other dealership(FM)and when I started the process with King & Carlos I had come from a sister dealership which really put me in a bad and discussed mood but as the process moved forward I was introduced to Miguel who was just as friendly and eager to help me out of my situation and into a new car. On a scale of 1 - 10 these guys EARNED a 12!! Thanks guys! More

We walked into this dealership after spending some time at nearby BMW, Audi and Lexus dealers. Wow, what a difference! The foks at Germain Infiniti made us feel comfortable and right at home from the momen at nearby BMW, Audi and Lexus dealers. Wow, what a difference! The foks at Germain Infiniti made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we walked in. That wasn't the case at either of the competitors we visited. Sure, the sales reps at all the dealers were friendly enough. But there are some big differences in their product knowledge compared to King (that's his real name) at Germain Infiniti. My wife and I also noted some big differences in the manner that other team members (management, finance, service) all personally participated in answering questions and supporting King as details of our deal were worked through. In summary, we found Infiniti vehicles to be every bit as attractive, fun and sporty as any and all of the other brands we saw. We did business at Germain with the strong support of Miguel (sales manager) and he met our needs completely. A great team effort made us a customer and we have a feeling we may end up being a loyal customer as well -- the next time we're in the market for a new car. More
I just bought my first Infiniti, a fully loaded QX56. I have been buying cars for the last 25 years and I have never had such an extraordinary experience. There was no detailed left, any question was answered at my full satisfaction, any inquired resolved and every expectation met. I have already spoken to all my friends and family so they come to this dealership to buy or exchange their cars. The salesman, Carlos, was also immensely helpful and committed. He personalized the experience and the quality of the service was the highest. Germain Infiniti of Bonita Springs can be called the Ritz Carlton of the dealerships and the main reason is because of the leadership, commitment, knowledge and customer focus philosophy of Miguel Perez, the General Manger.
