Felt I received a good value and very generous trade in allowance on trade in. No pressure sale but one of solid facts that supported our purchase decision. Dealership serviced our previous Infinity QX56 correcting a problem that had persisted for over 80,000 Miles the former dealer could not correct. The problem occurred and was documented prior to reaching 36,000 Miles. Repairs were made by this dealer and I was walked through on the reimbursement process for 100% if the repair expense. Staff has always been courteous, fair and professional. Very pleased with the new facility in Naples. First class. More
