This sales professional did a very nice job in leaving me a detailed message about the vehicle and his personal cell phone to reach him back at my convenience. I did that and made an appointment for that afternoon to view the car. Upon arrival, Cullen already had taken the time to move the vehicle to the front row of the building which was a very nice touch and showed his extra effort. From hello to the test drive, this salesperson was very knowledgeable and very comfortable to speak with showing no signs of desperation, only his willingness to help and answer my questions. During the test drive we enjoyed the top down almost like we were friends for years just out for a spin, however, he did not miss the opportunities to ask me questions that could later help him in his quest to sell me this vehicle, great job. I could go on and on about the great customer experience I had, but I will just say that if you are in the market for a vehicle, do not hesitate for a second to go to Naples Infinity! More
