Horrible service Dropped of the car on a Saturday. Front passenger floor was wet due to a leak. I told them to check the AC before because that happens to me on my pre Dropped of the car on a Saturday. Front passenger floor was wet due to a leak. I told them to check the AC before because that happens to me on my previous car. I left town on Sunday and was told they would follow up with me during the week. I never received a call from them. I called on Wednesday to ask for the status and was told they we’re getting someone to check on the windshield seal. Was called later to ask me for $185 to fix the problem. I called again Friday and was then told that the windshield was not the problem they found an issue with the AC but it may not be ready by Monday when I needed the car. I asked for a loaner and they told me the would called me back to see if the could have it ready by Monday. I never got a called back. I called twice on Monday and left messages but no one called back. I showed up around 4pm and the service advisor was looking at his phone, I asked for my car and his said they needed to check with the windshield people because they think that’s the problem. What? I asked for my car and left. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. It’s the second time I had a bad experience. The first time they had to order parts for repair and they forgot to order them and didn’t have notes in the system. Never called back, I called a second time and once again they have forgotten to place the order. They are horrible! More
