Overpriced and took tool long for the repair. My car was brought in on Monday and it was not ready until Friday. They changed the radiator. All new brakes, replaced steering, oil and brake fluid. On my 2002 Jeep Wrangler cylinders 2 and 3 are misfiring for the last 5 years. The misfiring and extreme motor vibration happens when I start the car when the engine is already hot. I had just change the wi for the last 5 years. The misfiring and extreme motor vibration happens when I start the car when the engine is already hot. I had just change the wires and spark plugs but the misfiring continued, so I took the car to the dealer to find out what causes the misfire hoping that using their sophisticated diagnoses machines will come up with an answer. When they wrote the order I gave them all the information about the misfire and stressed the point that it happens when the car starts when the engine is hot. Their diagnoses was that cylinder 3 is misfiring and that the technician adjusted the spark plug gap and now works fine. In other words that they told me what I already new, and that is that cylinder 3 is misfiring. Needless to say that the car still misfires. I am just wondering what the diagnoses would had been if they had done the test correctly, that is running the motor first to warm up the engine. More

They (mechanics) picked a bad time to have a meeting. Four hours to change my oil, However, I was impressed with their honesty regarding my brakes. I thought it was time, but it wasn’t. Setup a 7am appointment and dropped the car off the evening before. At drop off, found out the appointment was just to check the car in and that they were so backed up that it would be two days before evening before. Poor communication and many failed callbacks when messages were left with assigned service advisor. More
