Oil change LONG wait and then they forgot to rotate tires. Vehicle went back in for rotation which was quickly done, but didn’t properly inflate tire! I used the express lane service to have the oil changed in my Jeep. I've been using Naples Chrysler Jeep for years and this was the best experience I've had. In the past the check-in process was chaotic an in my Jeep. I've been using Naples Chrysler Jeep for years and this was the best experience I've had. In the past the check-in process was chaotic and there were long delays after the work was completed while paperwork was completed and I was notified to check-out. This visit was organized and efficient. I was notified quickly when work was completed and check-out was fast. Kelli Galanos was great. Thanks. More

They sold me a vehicle and register under a different person because they did not legally have possession of the title. I’ve had to go through a lot of trouble to get templates and get it registered unde person because they did not legally have possession of the title. I’ve had to go through a lot of trouble to get templates and get it registered under my name. Simply avoidable by doing the right thing and not selling a car illegally without the title. More
