Waiting 3 hours for a scheduled oil change is bad customer service. Then when I politely ask the woman at the desk why this simple job job was taking so long I was treated in a rude and sarcastic m customer service. Never once did anyone say the words "sorry this taking so long.". Find a way to make this process to be so time consuming like other dealerships and train your employees to treat customers with respect . More
