Now, I am the skeptical type but I must say, everything I have had to deal with at this dealership was 1st class. This is a smaller, friendly dealership where you can walk in without being attacked also. Makes the car buying experience less stressful. Definitely recommend for your Acura needs. More

Issue resolved! I had an issue, after the fact, with the price I was charged for a starter replacement. I normally do my due diligence in getting quotes from at least I had an issue, after the fact, with the price I was charged for a starter replacement. I normally do my due diligence in getting quotes from at least two service departments prior to scheduling an appointment for other than routine maintenance. This time I was in a time crunch and went with my local service department for the repair. It was after I had picked up the car I discovered quite a disparity in the price between the service department I had taken the car to and another one in the area. I addressed my concerns with Shane Duhaime, the service department manager, and to my surprise, he was quite understanding of the issue. Shane commented that it would be silly to lose a long time customer over the price differential and building relationships with customers was very important to everyone at the dealership. Given that response, I will definitely be back! More
Poor Customer Service On Thursday, 12/10, I went online to set up an appointment for an oil change for my 2015 TLX. I was intercepted by a chat agent who I asked for pric On Thursday, 12/10, I went online to set up an appointment for an oil change for my 2015 TLX. I was intercepted by a chat agent who I asked for pricing for an oil change. He put me on hold five minutes and when he came back he said he didn’t have that info and took my email and phone number saying he would get right back to me. Before ending the chat I asked what appointments were available , since I was driving to Ft Lauderdale the next day and want the oil changed before the drive. He said he did not have that info either but would get right back to me. As of today, 12/16, I have still never receive a return call from him. I called service directly and made an appointment for today at 1 PM. I assumed it would be like the Infinity dealer where I dropped my car off and a loaner was waiting. This was not the case. When I got there I was sent inside to see Chris Bargnesi. I told his about my poor experience with the chat rep. He seem pretty disinterested, and said they are a third party and he has had others complain about them. He had me sign some paper work and said I should have a seat. I asked how long it would take and he said about an hour and fifteen minutes . I asked about a loner and he look puzzled and said, ‘if I needed one he could see what he could arrange.” I told him never mind that I would walk home and asked if he would call me when the car was ready. He said sure at which point I left. Bottom line is that this experience was nothing like my experience with the Infinity dealer. That service department actually made customers feel as if they cared about the experience each customer had with them! I find the Acura and Infinity to be very similar cars. Both are high quality cars and good values . Given that , the main distinction between the two is the dealership and the Infinity services department is a quantum leap beyond yours. I am writing this in the hope that it might cause you to improve your service department even though I doubt I will ever use it again for anything other than a car wash. Paying a premium price for lackluster customer service makes no sense. More
