My Nalley experience was excellent. Silvia was very knowledgeable about Nalley’s used car inventory, and she found us a pre-owned Golf that had just arrived at the dealership. She also let us test driv knowledgeable about Nalley’s used car inventory, and she found us a pre-owned Golf that had just arrived at the dealership. She also let us test drive the Golf for an extended period of time. We used the extended test drive to show our family members the car. We ended up purchasing the car upon our return to the dealership. Finally, Silvia spend the time to walk us through all the car’s features after the purchase. Overall, I was very pleased with my Nalley car buying experience. More

Bought a new Touareg from Nalley. Due to staff incompetence, Nalley VW registered my new car in a county I don't live in. Dealer was zero help with correcting the problem, basically telling me "so incompetence, Nalley VW registered my new car in a county I don't live in. Dealer was zero help with correcting the problem, basically telling me "sorry about that, but it's your problem, too bad." Fixing this is way harder than anyone would imagine. It's costly in time, money and loads of inconvenience. 3 years later, no help and I'm still trying to get the error corrected. Never buy a car from this inept dealer. They will screw up your life without a second thought. Wish there was a lower rating. More
