I had a great experience buying a Tiguan for my daughter. Maureen was very helpful and professional. We had been looking since last fall and she never pressured us to buy or came across as trying too "sale Maureen was very helpful and professional. Everything was great until we started to negotiate the price. It was not compatible to the other dealerships, which is your competition. Although you came lose to it, I left with a dirty feeling that i wo price. It was not compatible to the other dealerships, which is your competition. Maurice was more than helpful and very experienced. He was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and very knowledgeable to every car I was interested in getting to know. I am a female who has purchased many cars over the past 50 years and it was a pleasure to work with Sylvia Egan - her personality, expertise and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me in purchasin 50 years and it was a pleasure to work with Sylvia Egan - her personality, expertise and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a VW Beetle.
