The most outstanding employee was Mary Sullivan in finance. She was so now-to earth...it was hard to believe that we were in a dealership. I took my 2010 Jetta TDI to Nalley VW service department for a 40,000 miles service on the DSG transmission as that is what is required by Volkswagen of America. I purchased the car from them along with 3 o for a 40,000 miles service on the DSG transmission as that is what is required by Volkswagen of America. I purchased the car from them along with 3 others (all fully loaded) and love(ed) the dealership. I take very good care of my cars and bring them in every 5,000 miles to get and oil change and tire rotation. I recently took this Jetta to the VW dealer in Raleigh and had a Multi-point inspection done along with an oil change and tire rotation. I was immediately notified by the technician there that my car was in bad condition because he said my engine filter and my Cabin Air filter along with a pollen filter were in very bad condition and I was very shocked. I had just taken it to Nalley Volkswagen at 40,000 miles and it has been less then 10,000 miles and they said my filters were in a critical state. I also was told that the line connecting my diesel to my fuel filter was not correctly connected and the fuel filter had not even been placed into the car right. This caused my car to hesitate as the engine was not getting enough diesel. I immediately asked the technician to pull the filters out and check everything else that was supposed to be done at the 40,000 mile service. He showed me the filters and they were really bad (had mold and dirt in them). I was told that these were the filters that came from the factory on my car. I was beyond pissed at this point in time and just had everything replaced and had to pay for everything again. I realized then that NALLEY VOLKSWAGEN CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. I have purchased many cars from them and take them to get serviced there all the time. I can't believe that they have lied to me all this time. I pride myself on how well I care for my car and it really upsets me when I have been lied to and all trust I have had for them is now gone. I kept the old filters and will be showing them to the service department to let them know what they have done. I will also be contacting Volkswagen of America to file a complaint on the dealership as the service was $550 and I had to save up for it. Don't get me wrong, they are friendly people, but they are lairs . Good thing I keep all my service records on file! I will never trust them with any of my vehicles again and also have doubt that they even did any of the services on any of my cars that they say they have. I will now find another dealership that I can trust even if that means I have to drive an extra hour and waste more diesel. Moral of the review, DON'T TRUST THEM! More

The following weekend I drove up to the dealership and everything was better than expected. Clarence was patient with me, explained specifics about the car, told me both the good and the bad, and helped me to make an informed decision. It was an unbelievable relief not being pressured into a decision. Too bad other dealerships haven't gotten the message. For my financing portion, I worked with Mary. She did an outstanding job. I appreciate her carefully explaining everything to me and further creating a low pressure purchase situation. I'm grateful for this find! More

My sales consultant Maureen McCrea's knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process was top notch. Even though I had extensively researched the GTI beforehand, she enlightened me to some facts about the car I didn't know. It was a busy, rainy Sunday and Maureen went the extra mile to make sure my car purchasing experience was a positive one. She always came back to check on me, and ask if I needed anything in between working with other customers. The test drive was terrific, I was shown all the key features of the car by Maureen and it really impressed me. I highly recommended working with Maureen McCrea if you are interested in purchasing a car at Nalley VW of Alpharetta. Mary Sullivan in the finance department was equally as outstanding. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When it came time to discuss add on plans she wasn't trying to throw me a sales pitch. She was straight forward and matter of fact in explaining the benefits of extended warranty, gap insurance coverage, etc, She left the decision up to me and I got both. Overall I cant say enough about how well the staff at Nalley Volkswagen of Alpharetta treated me. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and awesome. Nalley VW of Alpharetta has made me a happy and proud Volkswagen owner and I will continue to do business with them and I highly recommend that you do too! More

I visited other dealers and felt that I was not given the same level of service or deals that are offered to a male. The moment I walked into the Nalley Volkswagen dealership I was given respect and felt that I was valued as a customer. They were willing to negotiate the price to a point that fit within our budget which was extremely important. We had visited 3 or 4 other dealerships prior to this visit, and those dealerships were unwilling to negotiate the price from their online listings. Overall, there was little pressure in the process, and we left with the vehicle we wanted at a price that we were happy with. Although, we weren't looking for a Volkswagen, I would recommend this dealership to friends who are looking for one. More
