She not only had the car we wanted (a relatively hard to find model), she was the picture of calm and class as we worked through some unexpected complications in the sale process (none of which was her or Nalley VW's fault). She expedited the process left, right, and center and got us out the door with a great deal. When it came to finalizing everything, Ron expertly guided us through the mountain of paperwork and got us out the door happy with the entire experience. I can't recommend Nalley VW enough. More
