Great customer service! I just moved here from good ol Jacksonville, Florida. I was in need of a new vehicle and some of my family members recently bought a car from Tom at your dealership. They loved the guy and thought they got a good deal so of course, I went to go see him. He was very laid back, yet very professional. I didn't feel intimidated with my lack of knowledge and I also didn't feel that I was getting scammed out of extra money. This guy seems like a great asset to your dealership and I will be back in two years to get another vehicle from him. (I have a habit of totaling my car every other December, not my fault). Great experience with Tom Finnick I purchased two vehicles from Tom Finnick from Nalley VW within one month. I recently move into Atlanta and needed to buy two cars; one for my wife an I purchased two vehicles from Tom Finnick from Nalley VW within one month. I recently move into Atlanta and needed to buy two cars; one for my wife and one for myself. First, we bought a 2016 Tiguan from Nalley VW and Tom Finnick was our sales person. Given the excellent experience we had with Tom the first time, Nalley VW was our first choice when we started looking for the second car and that’s why we returned to this dealership and got a Jetta this time. Tom was helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and very polite. He was upfront and never pushy like many other dealers something that I really appreciated. Thank you Tom! More

In fact, everyone at Nalley has been helpful, but Silva is my "go-to" person. Her kindness and understanding has gone a long way to helping me with the process of finding a great car. My father drove VW Beetles many years ago and I guess I am keeping up the tradition! Silva is truly a treasure to Nalley and they are LUCKY to have her as a sales person. this is the worst VW location on earth! there is no words to describe this place. I used to own a Passat (2009 - 2012), the service was literally always horrible but what can you do without there is no words to describe this place. I drive Toyota and Ford today but had to shop for an old neighbor and tried to gather information. the agent in chat just literally pushed me away after she had all my info and never gave me one single answer to my question regarding an online offer they had. wish I could show a chat copy here. it was pretty straight forward!! writing and explaining too much here would just waste my time. Clearly I will tell my neighbor to NEVER EVER buy here as this place hasn't changed despite VW scandals and new ownership. Please, if you are considering, leave it be, just believe me. More
