When test driving the car, he was a wealth of knowledge about all of the features and took the time to explain and demonstrate everything. O was friendly and enjoyable to work with and ensured that I had a very positive experience! More

Told me to go with faulty brakes No regard for my safety. Long story short. I bought a certified pre-owned Passat from VW Jacksonville. Around 2 weeks after purchase the brakes were very flat and very hard Long story short. I bought a certified pre-owned Passat from VW Jacksonville. Around 2 weeks after purchase the brakes were very flat and very hard. I took the car to Nalley Volkswagen in Alpharetta. This is where the fun begins: I had guarantees from Tom Bush Volkswagen in Jacksonville, who also spoke to Nalley Volkswagen in Alpharetta assuring them that payment of any repairs would be handled by Tom Bush Jacksonville. The service manager then decided after having spoken to Tom Bush sales manager that he was not prepared to do the work until the check arrived. The lack of good faith from Nalley VW to Tom Bush VW shocked me. If the branches can't trust each other why should the customers trust VW? The decision then fell to the service manager to ask for a guarantee in writing from Tom Bush that they would cover the cost as at this point it seems that Tom bushes word verbally was not good enough. The long and the short of it was that I was told to mosey on off with faulty brakes and as I understood faulty disks and calipers, as pointed out by the mechanic. Zero regard was given for my safety and zero regard was given to Nalley VW'S possible culpability had I been involved in an accident with no brakes. I called to complain and spoke to the general manager of the branch who flatly refused any wrongdoing on their part. I can say that had I had an accident that would have been on Nalley Volkswagen. Don't bother putting any complaints to the GM. You will get nowhere. The only good outcome of this was that the young man that helped me actually get my car serviced and repaired was absolutely brilliant at his job. I would use Tom Bush VW in Jacksonville for my services if they weren't 500 miles away. More

Please make sure you scroll down and keep reading the earlier comments, as this dealership seems to to consistently provide negative buying experiences. I purchased a used vehicle from here less than 6 months ago and it has been nothing but problems since then. As several other people have mentioned, the salespeople will sell you a car and only once all the papers are signed will they reveal that the car does not have a user's manual and only one key is available. My check engine light came on about a month after I bought it and they said it was low on oil and that the user manual (which I didn't have) states the oil needs to be checked every 1,000 miles. I made sure to do that from there on out, but my car continued to have problems and not just minor ones. My car broke down in the middle of a road 5 months after I bought it and needed to be towed. The service team was helpful in working with me to get it fixed and set me up with a loaner. I appreciate their assistance, but have been disappointed with the repairs. Less than 1,000 after those major and costly ($3000) repairs, my car is out of commission once again. I have never spent so much time and money on car repairs in my life. This dealership sold me a lemon and this has been the most stressful and negative car buying experience you could imagine. I came here because of Nalley's reputation in the Atlanta area and believed that they would not allow cars like these on their lot. I would warn anyone against purchasing a vehicle here. More

Raul made the financing go very smoothly and was not pushy with any add on products. John was very personable and a pleasure to meet. The detail department braved below freezing temps to clean the car inside and out. Robin the cashier and the gentleman I dealt with in parts was very courtesy and helpful. Mr. Prattes the general manager had sent me an e-mail stating they wanted to purchase my model and year vehicle and would like for me to come in and talk to them. So my husband and I went over on New Year's Day. Sylvia, the sales person who approached us was very personable and courteous. She worked hard to come up with a deal that made us happy.
