I took my car to Nalley for routine oils change and service. The very next day my check engine light came on. After contacting Nalley they took my car back and for two weeks kept giving me excuse after service. The very next day my check engine light came on. After contacting Nalley they took my car back and for two weeks kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why my car continued to be in their service but never an answer as to what they had done to cause my check engine light to be on. Two weeks and the light is off but I was never given any reason why. I had to call and text multiple times and beg for updates. I was never given any update without multiple calls and messages. Nalley service has exceptionally poor communication. The final straw is that upon receiving my car back two weeks later it was filthy. The outside was very dirty and the interior had multiple greasy hand prints on the leather doors, seats and glove compartment. There was also a muddy foot print on the lower door. I have had to message multiple times to get my car cleaned as I refuse to accept greasy hand prints on my leather interior. To say that Nalley VW service has broken my 20 years brand loyalty is an understatement. More

After an over 5 hour wait for just an oil change nothing more. When I approached the service rep who was helping me originally to ask to pay for my service because I only had my phone with me and the batter more. When I approached the service rep who was helping me originally to ask to pay for my service because I only had my phone with me and the battery was about to die and I needed to use Apple Pay to pay for the service….she snapped at me that I didn’t need to “pay her” anything for it and it was almost ready. She told me she put my keys in the car and then refused to even give me my paperwork. I had to get a different service rep to get that for me and my keys were not in my car she had them on her desk so he gave me those. I asked to him to have the service manager call me the next day. I’ve been a customer for 11 years and was never treated that rudely like I was by Dijonay. I was told that Shawhib would call me the next day but of course that never happened. I don’t recommend them and I’m very disappointed that I was treated like that. I’ll be buying cars and getting service from Jim Ellis or VW of Marietta in the future More

Finalizing price was easy and honored by Nalley team throughout the buying process. I wish the VW makes the process /paperwork/financing easy; took us very long time and too many paper signatures. I wish VW and others learn from leading EV car manufacturers on streamlining the process, which can be done in 10 minutes online. More
