The customer service Union City) early. Before I went to dialer at Union City. I have had wost experience in my life. I brought a new Corolla 2011. The customer service is horrable and they do not seem to care and only to just sell vehicles. Once you are out the door the rest is not important to them at all. More

I brought my Toyota Tundra in for a TLC oil change at 11:30 in the morning. It was 2:45 in the afternoon before my truck was ready. I was given the runaround about the TLC coverage and they wanted me to 11:30 in the morning. It was 2:45 in the afternoon before my truck was ready. I was given the runaround about the TLC coverage and they wanted me to pay for the oil change ($32.00). What a joke. I paid good money for this truck because Toyota has a excellent reputation. I have doubts about Toyota service and may have to go to Nissan with my next purchase. I purchase a new vehicle every 3 years and this may be my last Toyota. Thanks "Union City Toyota" for nothing. Test drove a 2011 Toyota Sienna with Salesman Jashua Lott, He is rude salesman(calls him self sales professional), We were close to making a decision over the weekend, and walked in to the dealership ho Lott, He is rude salesman(calls him self sales professional), We were close to making a decision over the weekend, and walked in to the dealership hoping my wife could test drive and we can write a check for the car. Mr. Jashua had issue we walking into the dealership without calling him. I told him were in the vicinity so came by. He was rude and started saying he only works by appointments only and we need to schedule test drives only monday through Wednesday and we can not walkin to the dealership. I told him if he is so busy we can use a different salesman and my wife could only test drive the car over the weekend. He rushed us into the car even before my wife had a chance to look at the car, the moment we were on the road he started talking in a rude way , I told my wife to turn around to the dealership walked away and they just lost a instant sale of 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited edition or possibly more(business purchase). I will never go back to that dealership and will share my experience with all my buddies that live around the area. Toyota Union City Sucks. I would recommend looking at other dealerships if you are looking for a TOYOTA. You can call me directly at (678) 701-5285 if you want to know about my experience. More
In May 2010 I purchased a used Pontiac G5 from now Toyota of Union City. The car was not serviced prior to the sale, change oil light was on and two of the tire pressure sensors were not displaying any infor of Union City. The car was not serviced prior to the sale, change oil light was on and two of the tire pressure sensors were not displaying any information. Only one ignition key was available, no offer to make a duplicate key. 4 days after purchase, the key would not turn in the ignition. The car had to be towed to the local GM dealer at 1AM where they ended up replacing the entire keyswitch as they could not fix the problem. While the car was there we asked them to look at the tire pressure sensors as well, and two of them were completely missing. We had to have the ignition switch replaced as well as having to add the missing the tire pressure sensors at the dealer. Cost for this was over $800.00 out of pocket. I then requested re-imbursement for this from the dealer and they told me they would handle it. It is now September 2010 and after repeated phone call, e-mails and false promises from the dealership, a resolution to these issues has not been reached. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, several of them used, and every other dealer has resolved issues similar to these quickly, with no out of pocket expenses from me required. More
