My reason for giving this rating is because the experience we had from the minute we got out of our car until we left was nothing less than superb. Nick Cantwell is the best. What I liked about Nick is that he was very confident that he would get me in a car and he did. He was very kind, profession and personable and I felt that he genuinely cared about us as individuals. He is such a fine young man. No faking or just trying to get a sale. The manager Mic truly made us feel at home and was so kind. They truly made me happy. I recommend Nick to everyone. He will take good care of you and do everything within his power to get you in a car. More

I had an amazing experience from the initial phone call that I made on a in June 2013, when Chris answered my call. This was and easy and comfortable purchase for me, I had reservations about entering a car lot and being attacked by the sales vultures that lurk around waiting on their prey to arrive. But I didn't experience that at all at Toyota of Union City, Chris Howard walked me through every step and indicated that he wanted to make sure that I was qualified to purchase before making any car selections or promises, he said he didn't want to waste my time and wanted me to understand the process. I truly appreciated his honesty and respect for my time. After getting the daunting paperwork out of the way, we were off to the lot to select my Camry. Chris fought hard to get the color that I wanted and made it happen. He called the next day to tell me that my Camry was ready, he walked me from bumper to bumper explaining every interior and exterior function of the car. It's been a little over a month since purchasing and Chris has followed up to make sure that I'm as happy as I was when I drove away in my Camry. It's gets know better than that...thank you Chris, AWESOME job! More

We contacted the dealership after searching on-line for the car we were interested in purchasing. We were contacted immediately by the salesman who asked that we come in for a test drive and apply for the the car we were interested in purchasing. We were contacted immediately by the salesman who asked that we come in for a test drive and apply for the financing we wanted. The experience was quick and professional. Even though they didn't have the vehicle we wanted onsite, they proceeded to search and locate the vehicle at another dealership and had it transferred. We arrived for pick up, after asking that some options be added, went thought the paper signing process and were off in our new vehicle. We appreciated the salesman following up with us afterwards to assure that we are pleased with our new car. It was an overall delightful experience, which sometimes car buying is not. Went on True Car had many offers from the dealers in our area. Toyota of Union City offered more options than any other dealer for the same make and model. We had our own loan and could go anywhere. We went to Toyota of Union City and had to look no further. We walk out of Toyota of Union City with more truck than we ever dream of with a price we could afford to pay. Everyone from the young lady who gave us chocolate candies and went over the maintenance package with us, to the finance person with the nice bowtie (very well dressed) was friendly and professional. But our salesman was the top, soft spoken, friendly, professional. He listened to what we could and could not do and him and his team in the back room lol made it work. We got more than we wanted and did not over pay for it. More
