Thank you for servicing our Toyota Camry. The service was prompt, the personnel was couteous and very helpful, the facility is attractive, as remodelling proceeds. The work done was satisfactory, as was the analysis of vehicle inspection. The company is on the right tract to be a very viable business in this area of Metropolitan Atlanta. We plan to continue our relationship with this dealorship. Robert & Dorothy McDowell Peachtree City, Georgia More

I appreciate the fact that I get notification when my car needs to be serviced because as a single 65 year old woman I feel like this dealership is looking out for me. I went to the dealership, after submitting an application online. I met with Quintone and I explained my situation and he was understanding. We looked at a few vehicles and he came with one quote which was o online. I met with Quintone and I explained my situation and he was understanding. We looked at a few vehicles and he came with one quote which was out of my budget. He came back with another which I agreed upon. I got a call back stating that the vehicle I chose would not fit with my credit situation. While on a business trip I flew back the next day on a 6am flight and when I walked in at 1030a the manager was on the phone with the bank. A deal was given final approval and I was back enroute to my business location on the 1250p flight. Every case is a different situation and pretty much you can tell what type of person is commenting by how and what they write. Be patient be honest and you can get good service More

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE INCOMPETENTS AT UNION CITY TOYOTA!! If I had only known about this group of totally unprofessional, incompetent, rude and dispicable characters, I would have RUN fr UNION CITY TOYOTA!! If I had only known about this group of totally unprofessional, incompetent, rude and dispicable characters, I would have RUN from this dealership. I have NEVER in my life experienced such disregard for customers. I can't believe that Toyota's corporate headquarters will allow these morons to carry their brand. I purchased a cadillac from Union City Toyota on November 21, with a broken keyless remote. I phoned the dealership on December 4th to inquire about the remote and was told by the MANAGER, Carl Brody, a liar, that they didn't make arrangements to have parts replaced. When I mentioned that I had a "WE OWE" statement, he then changed his statement and said that he would check on the order. Needless to say, he did not call back to report anything to me. When I was able to get him on the phone, the next day, of course he lied and said that he would have a check delivered to have the part paid for...NEVER HAPPENED! He even had the audicity to ask ME to check on the price of the part, to have the dealer contact him and to coordinate the transaction. WHAT DID I NEED HIM FOR. Again, lie after lie after lie. I have attempted to contact both the sales and general managers of this wreck of a business and been given one excuse after another as to why I could not reach them. THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN ATLANTA. They have NO integrity, NO professional acrumen, NO scrupples. I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, DEAL WITH THIS GROUP OF IGNORANTS AGAIN!! More
I went to Toyota of union city after dealing with Newnan and McDonough . I really was weary of going there because I did read the previous post of past customers. I couldn't have been more wrong for being a and McDonough . I really was weary of going there because I did read the previous post of past customers. I couldn't have been more wrong for being a bit timid. I was greeted by Eric and from that point on it was like I was meant to be there ! I had really given up on buying the truck that I wanted and was ready to settle . I left the dealership with the exact vehicle that I was told at both other dealerships that I could not buy due to my income ! My time spent at the dealership was fun and the atmosphere was much more pleasant than that of the other funeral home style showrooms that McDonough and newnan had! Tons of excitement and felt great when walked out had my picture taken and then to top it off received a personalized thank you card with a picture of myself , easy -e, and my new Tundra!!!! Will refer all my family and friends to Toyota of Union City!!! Thanks for the great experience!!!!! More
This is the worst toyota dealership I ever been so far. Most of them are not helpful at all. The price the offer is way HIGHER than other dealership. Mr. Fernando (the director and finance) and Mr. Greg (s Most of them are not helpful at all. The price the offer is way HIGHER than other dealership. Mr. Fernando (the director and finance) and Mr. Greg (sales representative) were the only helpful people in the dealership. I personally think that the Managers, especially MR. MICHAEL SAIZ need to take some leardership class and commmunication skills. How could a manager be so rude and act so unprofessional while dealing with a customer? Remember, you are in the field of business that you have to make a sale. The attitude that he showed us was unacceptable. Nevertheless, the cars that they have used or new weren't so great and not worth for your time. More

They wasted my 8 hours week end time by making me come down all the way to Atlanta from Columbia for new Venza by making false promises. This is how they play wiht you..... They will accept any offer you make over phone/E mail. They do document that deal if you want. They make you visit dealship for business, then sales man will go to MNAGER (who is stupid enough) then manager will come up for extra money on deal saying sale is subjected to manager decision.... I should have gone through this website b4 i took worng step, that costs me money & time. Hope this is usefull for those in market for new cars. Good luck Thanks Looking4 Venza More
