Worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life!!! Me and my husband were looking for 2014 Tundra limited edition and Akeem Ogiste was the salesman who greeted us upon arrival to the dealership. This s Me and my husband were looking for 2014 Tundra limited edition and Akeem Ogiste was the salesman who greeted us upon arrival to the dealership. This salesman was so poorly trained on his work and products that he supposed to sell that he told us clearly that he did not know anything about Tundra! I wish he told us that up front before taking us here and there around the lot wasting our time!!! It also showed explicitly that he was now even aware of where is what in the lot. In addition, when we told him that we were interested in limited edition, he kept on showing us SR5 model and even told us that SR5 is beneath Platinum model. I am a female customer but I am not that stupid to not know what is what. I was just amazed how a person like that can be working on the lot attending the customers. This experience made me have different look at this dealership and I will never ever recommend this place to any of my family, friends and other people!! More

We wanted a specific color and interior and he came thru and we We purchased a 2014 RAV4 thru Chris Howard. This guy went out of his way to please us. We wanted a specific color and interior and he came thru and we got all the options we wanted. The car is great, and this is after coming from a Lexus RX. Can't wait to go on a road trip. All the people we dealt with at the dealership were exceptional but Chris stood out. We did have a problem with the 1st car that was brought to us as our intended purchase with the interior and options, but Chris got us exactly what we wanted and then some. If in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Chris Howard. And also check out the RAV4. Great car. More
