I have owned a number of Toyota automobiles and have never been disappointed with any of them. Their dependability, their engineering and the economical benefit of operating a Toyota is unparalleled. It just furthers my deep respect of Japan and her citizens every time I get in my Toyota. The person I have a trusting relationship with in the service department is Bob Wendel. He is a very trustworthy service person according to my experiences with him. I intend to only bring my Prius to Toyota of Union City for servicing, ever. I really appreciate a car that is manufactured with the intent to have repeat customers and owners. Toyota is the best. More
My sales rep (Craig Shavers) was fine. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. I could not leave messages for Pam in Finance other than on the general mailbox (Her mailbox has been in &q beyond the call of duty to assist me. I finally received a call back when my sales rep went to her desk (after leaving messages for over two weeks) and asked that she call me. I had spoken with him at least four times about not being called back. Once she called, I was told that I had not submitted the appropriate document to process my request (after my trade-in). If I had been told earlier I could have delivered the document. Or, if my calls had been returned over that two week period, I could have faxed the document. I left the document on Sunday, Feb. 5th with my contact info. I have also left a message earlier this week, and still have NOT received a phone call acknowledging receipt of the letter. I loved the service before the sale, but the service I have received afterwards is less than desirable. I also spoke with Dora (I believe that is her name) and she was helpful as well. It is unacceptable to have a "mailbox is full" message for over three weeks. And, when a message is left - still do not return the call to the customer or refer it to someone else to resolve. I am a dissatisfied customer and highly disappointed. I expected more. I received a call (was told by Pam that Mr. Shavers asked her to call me). Again, thank you for Mr. Shavers. He provided excellent service and stayed positive throughout the entire ordeal. More
I had an awesome experience with Toyota of Union City. I purchased a vehicle on Oct. 31st. I was thier last customer on this date. I was called by a representative name Angela whom a friend of mine used me as a reference. Angela called me from her references to ask if I needed a new car and at the time my old vehicle was giving me troubles, cutting off in the middle of intersections, so I knew it was a blessing for her to call me at that time. She took all my info over the phone, had all my paperwork ready for me when I got there, handed me keys to a new Corolla and said don't you wanna test drive your new car, I was in awe but couldn't believe it my credit was shot but they worked diligently to ensure I would drive away in a new vehicle. I consistently received phone calls from customer services to check on me to make sure I was completely satisfied, They provided me with this program call ToyotaGuard that is just like an Onstar program. They have kept all their promises in contacting me when it was time for a service viste. At the time of service visit I couldn't believe I was pulling into a shop. It was a very clean environment and they treated me with much respect and concern while I waited. Thanks Toyota of Union city, I can be a spokes person on your behalf. More
Everyone that works there from sales to repair are some of the friendliest people you would want to meet I bought the car without even starting it up I just knew I could trust what they said. I had the best experience, my sale person was wonderful even after I purchased the car, the sales manager Mike was professional, knowledgable and they went out of their way to satisfy me. The finance department staff handle everything with great professional attitudes. The service department Waylen was very professional. I had been lookin for a new car for a while and went to Toyota of Union City and was very happy that I choose Toyota being that there are an abundance of car dealers on Jonesboro Rd. Walked in with my pre Toyota of Union City and was very happy that I choose Toyota being that there are an abundance of car dealers on Jonesboro Rd. Walked in with my pre-approval and Mr. Johnson and Mr. Steele were very helpful and made it a very positive experience. I came home with a 2012 Camry and am totally happy.
