Awesome team and Customer service! I want to say a few things about my experience and purchase at Toyota of Union City. Unfortunately, they did not have the car I was looking for whic I want to say a few things about my experience and purchase at Toyota of Union City. Unfortunately, they did not have the car I was looking for which was a Honda Accord but my salesman Henry Dennison assured me that a Toyota was better. I was very determined to get what I wanted but it didn't happen that way in terms of a vehicle. All was not lost though. Henry Dennison was so supportive and caring to me almost like a father figure that he assured me that I would be placed in a good, reliable car. I came to the dealership thinking I could not be approved for a vehicle, especially a new Toyota. Henry put my fears at ease and with the combined efforts of Henry and his team, I was approved for a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I literally gave Henry the business by being stubborn because this car to be honest was not what I wanted, but it would help me in the long run on the road to rebuilding my credit. That in itself is priceless. I negotiated excellent terms and Henry even put me on to his personal insurance agent for the cheapest insurance rate that I had been offered. Despite not getting what I wanted, I still am very pleased with my car. I am thoroughly amazed and shocked at how well I was treated from the moment I walked in the door, to when I got my keys to my car. Everyone was so sweet and caring, just like family. To me, that is what the whole car buying experience is about. Over the past few days, I have become more comfortable in my car and I'm beginning to like it. I want to write this review as a testament and hope to anyone who feels they cannot get a good car. I was reeling from a bankruptcy and I had to file it due to financial damage I suffered from a previous relationship. I thought I would never get a car. The last one I had was back in 2009. This experience gave me hope and new perspective on what the future will bring. I can now go to the store and do anything that I please without being limited and waiting on the bus 2 hours to get me from point A to point B. I have Henry to thank for that. Henry if your able to read this review, from the bottom of my heart I just want to say Thank You! Even though I gave you a hard time, you never once got upset or gave up. You passed my test. LOL!! Everyone I recommend this dealership to anyone who is on the road to financial recovery please stop in and see what they are saying. Also please ask for Henry Dennison to be your salesman. He is an excellent person and will treat you like family. Thanks again Toyota of Union City, you have a repeat customer for life!! More

Loving My New 2015 Avalon I have been looking to purchase and Avalon since January 2014. Cody had reserve duty the day I went in but, one of his sales team members, Chris Howard was AWESOME. My sales person, Chris Howard, gave me all the information I needed, gave information that helped me make a well informed decision about my purchase, and worked VERY hard to get me into the car that I wanted.
