I traded in a 2012 Hyundai in with great credit and no money down . God blessed me and I was able to leave with the car . I received no letters in the mail for my tag no form of payment to whom I pay for my car note . Two days ago I went into the xxxxxxxx establishment and Carl who is the sells management harassed me into giving the car back . Called the police and stated I stole the car although my credit was ran I signed a contract and pay everything about me on the Toyota car . The police couldn't do anything about it . Henry who sold me the car didn't complete the full process of buying the car and has made no contact with me at all . The GM CARL was very unprofessional as a manager and as me being the customer buying a 30 THOUSAND DOLLAR CAR . Long story short Carl made someone block my Toyota in and they forced me to take the car I traded in which was the 2012 back . I was pissed . I will never do business with them again and will blast this story on every site I can about them . Now I am stuck with a car that is two months behind because Toyota of union city didn't do their job fully and therapy . I hope Henry and CARL GETS FIRED !! More

Not satisfied I purchased a 2015 Camry SE on 7/4/15, because I was not informed of all the features, I removed the plastic protective cover. I was told on 7/6/15 t I purchased a 2015 Camry SE on 7/4/15, because I was not informed of all the features, I removed the plastic protective cover. I was told on 7/6/15 they would put it back on since I was not informed of it. Called service and was told the we owe order was not placed, so on 7/16/15 I went to the talk to Earl being he said they would fix it. Earl informed me they was not going to replace it. So Nicholas the floor mgr said I should have been told so he was going to make me a good deal on an Avalon. He nor Earl told me if I traded the Camry after having it only 3 weeks was not a good idea. When I asked how much for the trade I was told an amount different than what finance said. I should have been given options and how that trade would affect the bottom line. I know I wasn't treated fair. I have already discussed my concerns with Lawrence C in customer service he agrees I should have been told. More

After walking around all over the place, I decided to leave b/c they didn't have any cars I wanted or the ones they "said" they had - Toyota Camry's -not a single V6. This older man came along to "talk" to me. He basically said I didn't know what I was talking about in looking for cars, and I should get a different kind of car. And, then he said that I might be someone who didn't have money to pay for anything that I wanted so maybe I should look at something lesser - all b/c I would not let them run my credit report! Did I mention they lied about having the cars I wanted there, and that I wasn't interested in their available stock.? Disgustingly insulting. It was all so inane. More
The Best Dealership I was in the market and going to purchase a new 2015 4X4 Tacoma Truck and I was trading in my 2015 Chevy 2500 4x4. My Chevy, I had negative equity but I was in the market and going to purchase a new 2015 4X4 Tacoma Truck and I was trading in my 2015 Chevy 2500 4x4. My Chevy, I had negative equity but also new what the truck was worth. I live about 2 hours outside of Atlanta and I searched dealerships in my local area and the Atlanta area. My first contact was with a dealership in Marietta and traveled there to purchase the Tacoma. Why Marietta? The truck they advertised for $4000 less than anywhere else. So of course I wanted to save that money. The experience at the Marietta dealership was not positive to say the least. A very shady business. We left the Marietta dealership and decided to stop at the Union City Toyota. Upon arrival I was warmly and truly greeted by a wonderful young man (DeMorris). These two men are wonderful and a great asset to this business. You could immediately tell he wanted to help and it wasn’t just about selling a car. He was up front and stated he was still learning the products and invited another salesman over who had the knowledge of Tacomas (Cody). I sure hope I get the two salesmen names correct and if not I truly apologize. I explained exactly what I was looking for, what I expected, and my treatment at the other dealership. He asked me what I wanted for my trade and I told him. We all went for a test drive in the two Tacomas I was interested in. They took time and listened to what I was seeking. Once deciding which truck I wanted they put the deal together. They gave me $10000 more on my trade then Marietta Toyota offered and $4000 more than I expected. Plus they reduced the price of the Tacoma about $1400. Very fair deal and I was totally pleased. Within about 2-3 hours I was back on the road in my new Tacoma driving home. This Tacoma makes the 42nd car purchase in my lifetime so I have experienced a lot of dealerships. These dealerships have ranged from used to new and run the spectrum of brands (Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, VW, Jeep, Mitsubishi, etc.) This experience at this dealership was the BEST experience my wife and I have ever had at any dealership purchasing a vehicle. From the salesman thru the finance, onward to the customer representative and to include the follow-up phone call after the purchase. It was truly a blessing sent from God leading us to this dealership. My next car purchase will be here. If you want the typical car buying nightmare, losing money, and waiting for hours and hours I would suggest to go to any other dealership. If you want a straight forward no non sense dealership and get the best customer service and the best deal then get to UNION CITY TOYOTA and ride home in your new vehicle.
