WE FIRST GOT WIND OF THIS SITUATION THROUGH YOUR GIRFRIEND ON OUR ONLINE CHAT LINK ON OUR WEBSITE. WE IMMEDIATELY REACHED OUT TO YOU TO GET DETAILS ONT HE SITUATION. YOU DESCRIBED MOST OF THE EVENTS ABOVE BUT NOT ALL. WE ALSO REACHED OUT TO THE SHOP MANAGER AND DESCRIBED THE SITUATION IN WHICH THEY REMEMBERED AND PROCEEDED TO EXPLAIN HOW WE DID CHANGE THE TIRES. NOW IT BASICALLY BECAME AN ISSUE OF TRUST, IN WHICH YOU HAD LOST AND THAT IS UNDERSTANDABLE. SE WE OFFERED THE SAME SERVICE AT ANY OF OUR OTHER DEALERSHIPS, WHERE WE WOULD STILL HONOR THE WARRANTY. AT THAT TIME YOU DECLINED. YOU SPOKE WITH A MANAGER WHO WAS ACTING WORKING WITH AND FOLLOWING UP WITH YOU ON THE SITUATION. WE APOLOGIZE THAT WE DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE TO YOUR SATISFACTION.
