I purchased a overly price 2012 Toyota Camry from Union City Toyota and when brought to the attention of my sales rep and his manager I was given $500 I purchased a overly price 2012 Toyota Camry from Union City Toyota and when brought to the attention of my sales rep and his manager I was given $500 back. The difference is nearly $5,000 from what I paid and what was advertised online. I am a very unhappy customer. More

Both excellent vehicles but that is not the best part of Toyota of Union City. Everyone at Union City Toyota are great. Very nice, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I would have like someone to approach me due to the fact that when you walk in from the opposite side you didn't see exactly where the receptionist was but outside of that it was great. I didn't close the deal that day but when I was ready and didn't have a ride to the dealership, Jarrett came and picked me up in the middle of rush hour traffic. I live 45 minutes away on a good day and then I hadn't made it home from work yet and he patiently waited. One of the things I noticed is that they were determined not to let anyone leave without being completely satisfied and especially without a new whip! The finance manager was concerned...when we were in the office closing the deal we both smelled something burning. She immediately asked someone to come escort me out the office until she found the source. That showed concern about me as a person and not just a customer. She was thorough in her overview, thus I knew exactly what my percentage rate, coverage, etc. was without having to try to figure it out. I'm a tough customer due to the fact that I've been in the car search for a while, was burned by another dealership, and my credit and income wasn't that great. I was also financed by a top rate reputable company and not some unknown finance company. The extras that they offer is bar none and really sealed the deal for me. Although I went into the dealership with low expectations and just wanted a used car. I rode off with a new car and a bunch of amenities. All and all I'll give them an A+ and would recommend a friend to go there and actually did... More
