Hello and thank you for giving us your feedback in regards to your recent service visit! We take every customers concerns very seriously and try to rectify any situation that is less than satisfactory. While investigating the issue, we had spoken with the tech that rendered the services on your vehicle. Immediately he admitted to not having rotated the tires, explaining that they were rotated 3000 miles previous to this visit and all tires were at 9/32. The mistake was made when the tech failed to inform the adviser that the tires were not needing a rotation, therefore on the ticket it was marked as services rendered. We make no attempt to hide our mistakes when we make them, being that we stand behind our business and our work, however this is no our standard business practice. Even being a free service courtesy of Toyota, we should have been more transparent about services rendered or NOT rendered on the vehicle. We truly are sorry for this situation and hope you understand this isn't the norm!
