Be aware of the 35 cents per mile they charge if you bring back the vehicle plus 110 restocking fee. NOT a member of the BBB that should tell you everything right there. One star only because there is nothing lower!! More

I was told if I gave a perfect survey score I would get a free tank of gas. I gave a perfect score and I got no gas. I was also told I could refinance in 6 mos. I went back in 6 mos and was not approved for refinance and got hit with 6 more hard inquiries. I was told this purchase would help my credit and I did what I was told to do but all these hard inquiries ruined what good I did. Im thankful to have a new car that runs okay. The only minor irritation about this car is the small seat covers for the seat bolts never stay on ...they always pop off and are all over the floor of the backseat. I thought I was going to be a Toyota customer for life but after not getting what I was promised ( gas car / refinance ) I intend on keeping up the maintenance and trading it in with a new company next year . The service department is excellent .... never had a issue with service. Bittersweet experience. More
The Lies Dealerships sell . . . The Camry was a program car that we financed 12 months ago and were told since my husband was coming out of a bankruptcy that we should make all of our payments on time and then come back in 6 months to a year to refinance. When we arrived our original salesperson (Ethel) greeted us and we stepped into her "office" (cubicle). From the outset, she told us what was NOT possible and then after taking us to financing, we were told that we were upside down because when we originally financed the Camry, we had negative equity from the 2005 Tahoe - which by the way was paid off - that we traded in. Since this was impossible, I kindly left my husband sitting there listening to Nick (the sales manager) spouting lies. I sent me daughter in to get the keys to our Camry seeing as how we would "NOT" be buying anything, but when she didn't return, I sent my son in to do the same. When he didn't return either, I went in and asked for the keys which our original sales person seemed to be holding hostage. Finally she gave me the keys as Nick continued to insist that it was our fault for being upside down with our paid of trade in. My question is how? I left with my keys and kids; my husband followed shortly thereafter and we took our business to Nissan across the street. There we bought not one, but two cars. We were greeted with positivity and possibility from Reuben Jones ours salesman and everyone else there. Ironically, Nick continued to text us while at Nissan for over two hours making all sorts of offers and promises (I have the texts to prove it), but I won't embarrass them any more than they have already embarrassed themselves. Nissan countered and bettered every single offer! Toyota has lost my business, confidence, and respect. More

I thought that my friend was just exaggerating about this place in the cell that helped her but when I got there and met George I saw that she was not exaggerating Divine experience and which I had with George and the staff at Toyota Union City was such a wonderful experience I was offered something to drink and introduced to the manager in the dealership, the manager came over and introduced himself and asked me a couple questions about my experience in car buying and what the dealership could do for me I told him that coming into the dealership I was not comfortable because my past experience with other dealerships had put pressure on me into buying automobiles that I did not want but he ensured me that I had an experience salesman working with me and I can truly say that he was right George well salesman, try to pressure me into buying something that I did not want while working with George I became very relaxed because he listened to what I was saying and the type of automobile but I was looking for George truly made my buying experience a remarkable one and I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to Toyota of Union City and tell them to ask for George when they get there just ask my friend told me this is one time that my friend did not exaggerate George was truly like no other salesmen that I had met, so to Anyone who reads this review do not hesitate go to Toyota of Union City and ask for my salesman George Johnson you will have a remarkable buying experience with George. Was Excellent at first. I was told to come back and refi. To whom it may concern: I writing this in hopes this gets to someone in a higher power to make decisions. I bought a vehicle back in September 17, To whom it may concern: I writing this in hopes this gets to someone in a higher power to make decisions. I bought a vehicle back in September 17,2015. It was a Ford F150. I was told by Michael Saiz that if I get the truck financed in my fathers name without my name being on the loan, I could come back in six months and get it refinanced in my name. My father credit is better than mine. I was also told that if I make all payments on time, he would knock $100 off my payments, when I come back to refinance. Here is May 2016, me and my father go to get the truck to refinanced, just to find out that what Michael Saiz said was untrue. Your dealership couldn't refinanced the truck in my name because of my credit situation. This deal was made under false pretenses, a deal I would have never gotten my father nor myself into had I known that deal Michael Saiz was selling was a fabrication. He even convinced me to do a voluntary repossession on the car I had at the time. I do not wish to have a vehicle in my father's name. What can Toyota do for me to rectify this situation. I know what I was told by the finance department, but I am sorry, I know that a multi billion establishment can do something to help me get this truck in my name. In other words, I don't except the fact that I have to suffer the consequences for your dealerships management dishonesty towards me and my father. Again, I would have never made this deal under these conditions. I do not want the truck that I work hard to pay for in my father's name. I also don't want no 700 car note on truck when I was told when I got it refinanced it would be about 450 because I pay 550 now. I can barely afford the 505 a month that I pay. I was looking forward to paying 450 a month because I can afford it better. I ask again, why should I have to suffer from your own managements dishonesty? Now I am being told that we are stuck and come back in a year, yeah like I am going to trust that. This high car note is a strain, I did it in expectations of getting it lowered. I hate being tricked More
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - False advertising I was searching for a very specific model and color of Toyota Sienna (new 2015 Sienna L) that came with the lifetime powertrain warranty and one Sunda I was searching for a very specific model and color of Toyota Sienna (new 2015 Sienna L) that came with the lifetime powertrain warranty and one Sunday morning I found it for a great price on Edmunds.com at Toyota of Union City GA. The dealership was open on Sundays so my husband and I decided to start heading that way (we live 3.5 hours away) and I would call to confirm once they opened. When I called (about 30 minutes into the trip) I was assured by the customer service rep. that they were having great deals and I could likely get more money off that price. I explained our situation and she promised to have a salesman call back ASAP so that they could confirm the price. We received a call about 15 or 20 minutes later from the salesman and I asked him to confirm the price, that the van was in stock, and for details on the lifetime warranty that was advertised in the pics of the van. He promised to get all the info and call us right back - I told him we were driving that way, but did not want to come that far if we would not be able to get that exact van at the price advertised. 1 Hour later we still had not received a call and I had to call the CSR back. She said she would have the salesman call again ASAP. A few minutes later, she called back to let me know the paperwork was all ready and they had the van ready to go. I told her we were still waiting on the price and warranty information. She again said she would have salesman call us. He called a few minutes later and told us his best price was 28,250. I told him we had a price protection certificate from Edmunds.com for under 26,000. He said we must have the wrong dealership. I assured him we did not, as I got the address and phone number from the certificate itself. He put me on hold and then came back and said if I could produce the certificate, they would honor it. I then asked him again about the warranty and this time he informed me they have no lifetime warranty. I told him it was advertised in the picture of the van and he again told me I had the wrong dealership. I explained to him not only did the pic have a lifetime warranty advertised, but it also had the name of their dealership and their website address. Finally, he went to his website and admitted it was there but he didn't know why and there was nothing he could do about it because they didn't offer lifetime warranty. At this point, I told him to forget it. We were only 1.5 hours into the trip and I certainly wasn't going to drive another 2 hours for a price that we may or may not get, especially with the false advertising. Later, they sent me several emails saying I missed my appointment and I explained WHY and never heard anything back. Very upset we wasted 3 hours of our Sunday because of their false advertising. By the way, the pic that has the lifetime warranty, the name Toyota of Union City, and their web address is STILL posted a week later. We have since bought a brand new 2016 Dodge from a local dealership (EXCELLENT buying experience) with a built-in DVD player and got it for about $10,000 less than we would have paid for the base model Sienna.
