I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE WAY THEY TREATED MY FAMILY THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY ANY BUSINESS, WE BOUGHT A CAR , DID NOT RECIEVE THE DRIVE OUT TAG FOR 3 DAYS RETURNED THE CAR THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY ANY BUSINESS, WE BOUGHT A CAR , DID NOT RECIEVE THE DRIVE OUT TAG FOR 3 DAYS RETURNED THE CAR BECAUSE OF FINANCING , ASKED FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT BACK , WAS TOLD WE WOULD GET IT, WHEN WE CAME TO GET THE MONEY BACK WAS TOTALLY IGNORED FOR 2 HOURS WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO THE DEALERSHIP JUST TO TALK TO A MANAGER THAT HAD WALKED BY US SEVERAL TIMES , WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER WE WERE NOT GETTING ANY MONEY BACK , VERY DISRESPECTFULLY, THE BUILDING IS NICE THE CARS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES THE SERVICE IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS , I WOULD NEVER IN LIFE GO BACK THERE NOR WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY ELSE GO THERE IF THEY WANT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY More

If "Zero" were an option As of today (August 1, 2016) I have submitted two consumer report complaints, retained an attorney, drafted 9+ letters to financial institutions with As of today (August 1, 2016) I have submitted two consumer report complaints, retained an attorney, drafted 9+ letters to financial institutions with copies to the major credit bureaus, and submitted a "cease action" letter to Toyota of Union City. Why? Well...: 1) Toyota of Union City refuses to meet its obligations set forth in ITS contract. Meaning? Toyota of Union City refuses to pay off the trade-in vehicle that which they made an offer. As a result, I am paying on a vehicle I no longer possess in order to maintain my credit. Additionally, I am paying on the new vehicle that I purchased from the dealership - but thankfully, I have possession of said vehicle. 2) Toyota of Union City, has been, for the past SIXTY (60) DAYS fraudulently submitting auto finance applications to various financers without my knowledge and/or consent. Why? Unsure! But it's an illegal practice and thus I've contacted an attorney. The result of their actions is that my credit score is declining because of the multiple inquiries. 3) Toyota of Union City had 45 days since the date of my legal, and official, purchase of my vehicle to submit all appropriate documents to the DMV. We have exceeded said 45 days and are now beyond 60 days and yet the DMV has no record of Toyota of Union City submitting the necessary documents (payments) to the DMV allowing me to register my vehicle. Why? Unsure! But, I've come to learn that this is common practice with this dealership. They've been arbitrated and sued due to this shady and irresponsible practice. Next steps? Legal Action. If I could give this dealership a zero I would, but by default I had to give it a ranking. More
