Professionalism at its Best! I woudl like to bring to your attention; Sixtoria Phillips. She approached my wife and I with such professionalism, poise and experience. All of her a I woudl like to bring to your attention; Sixtoria Phillips. She approached my wife and I with such professionalism, poise and experience. All of her attention was to get our satisfaction in getting us the vehicle make, model and year we were looking for. Once she had successfully did that, she got us credit approved with a good percentage rate and Toyota's buyer bonus. My wife wanted a Toyota which was black with black leather interior. There wasn't a vehicle with our descripition, she took it upon herself to contact other dealerships and found the car we wanted within a half hour. We were very happy with everything she did for us. If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, please contact Sixtoria, you will be very happy you did. We are!!! Robert Duncan, Happy Toyota Customer More
Going above and beyond I went in to Union City Toyota thinking about a car that I was interested in. Of course, the employees wanted to show me the vehicles on the lot, but I went in to Union City Toyota thinking about a car that I was interested in. Of course, the employees wanted to show me the vehicles on the lot, but I wanted a Prius Prime which was not available outside of order. An extremely helpful salesman, Phil, tracked down the vehicle for me and helped me place the order even though the vehicle itself still needed to be built and wouldn't arrive for about 75 days. When the vehicle finally arrived, I found out that there was an unexpected issue with my credit so I would have to have a co-signer. Phil again helped me navigate this progress and finally set up a loan that would work for me. Overall, the process of ordering and purchasing the car was long and complicated, but the folks at Union City Toyota made it as pain-free as possible. More

Jarrett advised me that I could bring my vehicle in to have it detailed thoroughly to try and remove some of the scratches and to also have my bumper looked at as well as to have that noise checked out. When I arrived to have these things done I was then told I had to speak directly with him directly in regards to having that done. After speaking with someone they advised me that he was not in the office but they would leave my name for you to contact me. Today over 3 weeks later I still have not heard anything from anyone at the dealership. I sat there for almost 3 hours waiting on my vehicle to be looked at people who had come in after me had come and gone. Then for the service guys to tell me that it's a normal dragging noise coming from the car when turning unacceptable to me. I chose Toyota of Union City based on recommendations from friends but now I am questioning that decision. Thank You for your time. More

I have never had bad service from them - they are always prompt in greeting me and getting my vehicle serviced promptly. There have been times that my vehicle needed extensive maintenance work and they have put me in a rental EVERY SINGLE TIME, free of charge to me!! I also have another vehicle that I use a different dealership for and they are horrible!!! I have really been spoiled by my experiences with the Toyota dealership!!! I can't say enough great things about them :) More

Terrible When I got there I had a appointment to see a specific car. Not only was the car not ready for viewing but it was also priced $4000 more than listed online. I made my price range very clear & I was still shown cars outside of that. I was assured that I would be taken care of & that the price that was quoted online would be honored & they continued to try to get me to spend more money. Even after I had read bad reviews online I decided to still drive 30 miles to them to give them a chance but they truly suck & I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! More
Not even a Mother could love Let me just start off by saying, if I could give a rating of ZERO STAR...I would. The customer service is nonexistent, the sales personnel are dishonest and will do whatever it takes for a sale! My mother went into the Union City Toyota dealership because she needed service on her 2015 Prius. While waiting for her car to be serviced she was approached by Robert Anderson III Anderson III who was soliciting business-- he is a sales person that is what they do. He showed her a 2017 Corolla. My 72 year old mother called me to discuss the deal he presented. After I had a detailed conversation with Robert Anderson III of the package she would receive and programs she would be eligible for, we negotiated a good deal-- since it was over the phone I wanted to wait until the next day so I could be there for her to sign the papers-- but Robert Anderson III assured me that he was taking care of her like it was his own mom! Because Robert Anderson III assured me that everything we discussed was what she was getting-- she purchased the 2017 Corolla. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could reach out to him at any time. (Later I realized it was so he could program my number so he would not have to take my call.) When I saw the car the next day-- there were a few things that Robert Anderson III stated over the phone with me that the car had-- BUT IT DID NOT. When I called to discuss the discrepancies with Robert Anderson III-- he dodged my calls. I contacted his manager, Jay Hill-- he hasn't returned my call and his voicemail stays full so you can not leave message. After speaking with the Gwinnett Place Toyota-- the matter could easily be resolved-- but NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS. I guess I am going to have to drive down there and deal with it in person-- it is just a shame that the Toyota of Union City sales people, like Robert Anderson III are soo desperate for commission that they will lie for commission. AND management supports the sales personnel's unprofessional behavior by being completely dishonest themselves! I feel sorry for Robert Anderson III mom if this is how he treats her—I guess I should have went to Gwinnett Place Toyota. More
