Unprofessional I made an appointment to have Apple Car Play installed in my 2018 Camry and was told there would not be a charge because I purchased my car from this I made an appointment to have Apple Car Play installed in my 2018 Camry and was told there would not be a charge because I purchased my car from this dealership. Upon arrival I was told there would be a $75 charge which I agreed to pay. Next I was told I would have to wait 3-4 hours for this and I agreed to that also. Finally, I was told that it couldn’t be done because there was only one person there who could do it. I was told to make another appointment after driving an hour to get this done. I was highly pissed because I feel that they just didn’t want to do it. I was even told by the service advisor that he could do it but he wouldn’t because he doesn’t get paid for it. I received several email reminders about my appointment so I didn’t understand why it couldn’t be done. I went inside and asked a salesman to speak with the manager but instead he tried to get me to trade in my car. I left even more furious after wasting even more time. I called the service department again to speak with the manager. I was told that I would receive a call back and I never did. I do not recommend using this dealership. More

HAIR-RAISING It took 2 weeks of being bounced around--waiting for call backs and waisted conversations to buy a used car.It got to the point that on several occasi It took 2 weeks of being bounced around--waiting for call backs and waisted conversations to buy a used car.It got to the point that on several occasions I put calls thru to Toyota for them to get Nalley to answer the phone cause all it did was ring..Jackie was the only one to give me some info and since her husband was ill --she couldn't help me anymore --the ball went splat and the deal ended.Erik had the nerve that after I was approved and the deal almost closed--to send me an email as to when I wanted to see the car and make a deal How these people are permitted to have a license and represent Toyota is a total sham--my next letter is to Toyota More

Go anywhere else We agreed on a price then they brought out numbers in which there were several add-on’s, not requested, including Scotchgard for the interior priced We agreed on a price then they brought out numbers in which there were several add-on’s, not requested, including Scotchgard for the interior priced at $600. When I said Scotchgard is not an option I’m interested in, they said they were required to put it on every car that leaves the lot. They were willing to haggle the price a little lower then magically this mandatory $600 Scotchgard was added and I was told no it hasn’t been added yet but has to be. THEY HAD NOT PUT IT ON YET BUT IT WAS A MANDATORY OPTION! I’ve never dealt with xxxx like this before so willing to bold face lie and break the law. More
Worse car buying experience left me scarred a day ago I usually dont write reviews but due to the fact that I am still receiving notices to sign up for a car I dont have merits a letter . This dealership made my car buying experience the worse . I was recommended to this dealership by a friend who had bad credit and they worked with her those days seemed to be gone . When I filled out the online application I was told to come in I was given to Tay who was a good salesperson. He brought to me a nice I believe 2016 Toyota Camry nice vehicle. However , my credit wouldn't support this vehicle with the bank as I was told . I was then shown a 2019 Toyota Corolla base model nice car however I am 6"3 1/2 3plus . Due to my size and the astronomical payment I couldnt in my right mind see myself driving off the lot with this type of car that I would most likely keep for a year due to me getting my credit in order. I spoke with the manager and he suggested a possible co signer . The route I didnt want to take but was willing to so I could advance my credit position. I called on a family member who came to my aid . They filled out a credit app on tuesday. The dealership along with mine ran our credit maybe 20 times my family member has excellent credit 7plus . However , my family lives out of state . This seemed to cause this dealership tons of problems. The night I went to pick up the car I picked out the car we agreed to my payment amount, was given the vin number to car ,got car insured , salesperson even filled up tank took stickers off vehicle. Only to find out that more info was needed from co signer mind you we been waiting to sign the papers for two hours before i was told this . So I had to leave with out the car . There was more fumbles but I dont want to type the ordeal .I think the last I was told they was sending someone to my family memebers state to sign their half of the contract I guess they are walked that was maybe a month ago now . Now all i receive is emails welcoming me to the Toyota family and the vin number of the car I dont have . I can say Nalley definitely taught me a lesson I will never in my life go through this again made to feel less than because of my credit for that I thank you . When I am ready to buy my Toyota Camry and I will ,it will not be from your dealership and I will discourage as many people as I can to go elsewhere. I know you will read this and give the same generic responses call the general manager no have your general manager call me that is customer service . Thank you for your time.
