DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM NALLY TOYOTA IN UNION CITY, GA. These people are crooks!!! In May of this year, my daughter brought an Acura MDX 2005 from this Toyota dealership. She wanted to make extra CITY, GA. These people are crooks!!! In May of this year, my daughter brought an Acura MDX 2005 from this Toyota dealership. She wanted to make extra money helping a friend with her package delivery business. But she couldn’t do it right away because my mother, my daughter’s grandmother was in hospice, dying of breast cancer down in Brunswick, GA. We desperately needed another car to be making these frequent 8 hours round trips. So, this car was to be a blessing, so me and my daughter could be in Brunswick while my sons used the SUV for work. When I was in Union City in May of this year, just passing by, I stopped by Nally Toyota, trying to help my daughter find a car. She had already had a used car picked out at another dealership but she wanted to look around one more time to make sure she had selected the best option. Anyway, when I stopped by, the sells agent that met me, her name was Rita. She took me to the back of the property and showed me an Acura MDX that had just come in. I asked her how much it was and she said it was $5,400. I told her my daughter couldn’t afford it and that she was going to purchase another vehicle at this other dealership for $4,000. Immediately, Rita then says, “Well, I can give it to you off the lot for $4,000 (I forgot the specific term she used), including taxes and tag.” I was surprised and said, “You mean $4,000 for everything? The car, tag, and taxes?” She said, “Yes.” I told her I would bring my daughter by to look at it. The following day, my daughter and I went to see the car. This time we were met by a salesman named Rob (Robert). I don’t know where Rita was. Anyway, they brought the car around for us to look it over. My daughter really liked it and decided to purchase it. We then sat down with Rob to do the paper work and as he was filling in the information, he told us the total. He said the total purchase price was $5,400, plus tag and taxes. We informed him that Rita gave us a price of $4,000 total with everything included. He said she must be mistaken. Basically, she lied. So, we asked to see the manager and he said the price was $5,400 also. So, I said to him, your agents have no business making deals with customers if they don’t have the power to back it up, and he agreed that she shouldn’t have given us that price. So, we walked! I think it was the next day when they called and said they would give us the SUV for $4,500 off the lot, taxes, tag included. We discussed it and decided to go for the deal. When we went to pay and pick up the vehicle, Rita comes waltzing over as happy as can be saying hello to us after telling us a boldfaced lie. We were angry (as anyone would be when you are told one price than come to find out you were lied to)! We were not happy to see her! So, we gave her the cold shoulder. What did she expect? Did she expect us to have open arms? We really wanted to curse her out, but out of respect, we remained silent and she walked away. This Robert guy, her co-worked, then got an attitude with us because we were upset that Rita had tried to trick us. At this point, all we wanted to do was get the xxxx out of there! We got the car and left. Now, two days later, my daughter and I are in Brunswick with my dying mother when I get a call from my son, who tells me that the SUV is leaking oil!!!!!!! My daughter immediately called Nally Toyota and spoke with Robert, who seem far too happy to tell my daughter, “It’s your problem now (It’s all on you).” Then my daughter told him, she only had the car two days, and he said there was nothing he could do. When we got back from Brunswick a few days later, we took the car to a mechanic who said the oil pan was leaking, the oil pump was leaking, and the power steering pump was leaking, and it needed a timing belt! “Oh, my god!!” I told the mechanic that my son noticed the oil on the driveway two days after we brought it from Nally Toyota. He said there was no way that Nally Toyota’s mechanics could have possibly missed all these leaks and if they did, their mechanics were totally incompetent! He said, “Ma’am, they ripped your daughter off!” Also, I would like to add, the next day after purchasing the car, they called and told my daughter that they neglected to have the emissions done on the car. They told her to get it done and they would reimburse her for the expense. Well, to this day, she never saw that reimbursement. If they sent it, my daughter never received it. They can check their records to see if a check was cashed by my daughter. They will find none! My daughter couldn’t immediately afford to fix these problems so she drove it around with it leaking. Today, she has everything repaired except for the oil pump leaking. She has now spent over $1,500 in repair cost. The Honda dealership says to replace the oil pump will cost $800!!! It’s still not fixed! I feel so guilty taking her to Nally Toyota!! I should have just let her buy the car she had intended to buy. Now, my recommending her to Nally Toyota will cast her $2,800 more than she had expected to spend. I wish I had never seen Nally Toyota and I regret the day that I stepped foot on their property. This car has been a nightmare to my daughter and what really upsets me is that this was done to her intentionally. They knew they would be hurting my family but they didn’t car. Why is this letter just getting written? Because my mother died on her birthday, June 6, 2020. And while she was dying, I had to deal with this #$%!. During these hard times, many of us cannot afford expenses like this. Laws need to be changed regarding used cars. They should be warrantied at least one months for every thousand spent. Yes, I know used cars can have their problems and I didn’t expect it to be perfect and that something was bound to go wrong with it but we never though it would be in two days. Nally Toyota said they offer quality used cars. Where, I ask, is the quality? These people are evil, plain and simple. I don’t know how a corporation like Toyota is putting out product like this! I will never, ever buy anything from Toyota ever again. In the past, I had purchased two brand new Toyotas and they lasted many years without any repairs. Toyota, you need to dump Nally and get qualified sells people and mechanics in your dealerships. Toyota, I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am! More

Go See Ronald Steele at Nalley Toyota Union City!!! Ronald Steele is your best asset at Nalley Toyota Union City. We met back in March while searching for a car. Between then and now I test drove dozens Ronald Steele is your best asset at Nalley Toyota Union City. We met back in March while searching for a car. Between then and now I test drove dozens of vehicles and was close to getting a Charger and a Porsche. I had to think about the type of people I want to interact with over the life of my loan and ongoing service for the next few years and that bought me back to Ronald. He was creative and patient and worked with me to not only get the car I want but the payments I wanted with less than perfect credit. The whole staff was amazing including Solomon and Tiffany another Sales associate that was so friendly and just struck up a friendly conversation in the women's restroom. You have an amazing team and I will recommend to all my family, friends and clients. I am a Director of Sales and you know when you are a Sales professional shopping around you can be critical of the service you receive. I literally walked out of dealerships because it took too long for them to acknowledge me. Ronald Steele, Solomon and Tiffany are Nalley Toyota's best assets and they need a raise. No lie. Especially Solomon because he has to drive too far to work. Thank you guys for outstanding service. You have my business for life! More

Unfortunately zero stars wasn't an option. They lied Unfortunately zero stars wasn't an option. They lied multiple times and sold me a "new" truck that I found out was WRECKED!!! Unbelievable!!! Ove Unfortunately zero stars wasn't an option. They lied multiple times and sold me a "new" truck that I found out was WRECKED!!! Unbelievable!!! Over the last 30 years I have purchased 23 new vehicles from Honda, Ford, and Chevrolet. Unfortunately, this last purchase from Union City Toyota was, BY FAR, the worst experience of purchasing a new vehicle in my life! It started with them repetitively lying to my face about having installed $300 window tint and $900 interior fabric protection to "ALL" their vehicles to jack up the cost. Neither of these things had been done. Then after purchasing the vehicle I discovered it had been WRECKED and repaired with BONDO and then sold to me as a new vehicle! There is a record of a general repair being done to the truck by that dealership two weeks prior to me purchasing it! Then they lied again and said they knew nothing about it! I asked to speak to the general manager 2 days later and he refused to talk to me! How disrespectful is that?! My sales person finally came out and said that they were all too "scared" to come out and talk to me about it - obviously because they knew they were deceivers and liars! I was told my Honda Accord was not on the lot so I needed to find another Toyota vehicle (which I discovered later was also ANOTHER lie! I spent my entire birthday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM sitting on a wooden chair at the Union City Toyota dealership with no food or drink, waiting for another vehicle! We found one in Tallahassee Florida and another in West Alabama on the computer but that would take time to have it traded. We then found the one I currently have for an additional $3200 located at Lagrange Toyota an hour south of Union City. As I was getting in the 2nd "new" truck to leave I mentioned my car and was then told, "Oh it's still in the back of the lot. With no food or drink all day, and no sleep the night before, I was too exhausted to enter another battle and left. A couple weeks later I received the license plate and title tag receipt for the WRECKED truck! I emailed the dealership sales people about this and of course they ignored my email. I finally got through with the finance office and finally got it straightened out. Then because it looked like I purchased two different trucks with Toyota my navigational services where not working correctly. I had to make several phone calls over two weeks to finally get that straightened out, and my navigation still tells me there is slow traffic up ahead with red lines on the map at 3:30 AM when I'm the only vehicle on the road? I called Toyota customer service and asked for a two week extension on my one-year trial service because I could not use it due to the fact of my account being crossed with the other truck - because I was lied to by the dealership and sold a wrecked truck - I was told that wasn't possible. I was then told to take the truck to the dealership - but that will never happen. How can I POSSIBLY trust them?! Everything they say is a lie! I am just DISGUSTED with the way I was treated, repetitively lied to, and deceived. I am honestly considering getting rid of this truck and getting a Honda Ridgeline again. Then Toyota Corporate said the dealership would contact me after I sent them this review and again, the dealership refused to speak to me. This experience has given me a very negative feeling towards Toyota. More
