Over the last 30 years I have purchased 23 new vehicles from Honda, Ford, and Chevrolet. Unfortunately, this last purchase from Union City Toyota was, BY FAR, the worst experience of purchasing a new vehicle in my life! It started with them repetitively lying to my face about having installed $300 window tint and $900 interior fabric protection to "ALL" their vehicles to jack up the cost. Neither of these things had been done. Then after purchasing the vehicle I discovered it had been WRECKED and repaired with BONDO and then sold to me as a new vehicle! There is a record of a general repair being done to the truck by that dealership two weeks prior to me purchasing it! Then they lied again and said they knew nothing about it! I asked to speak to the general manager 2 days later and he refused to talk to me! How disrespectful is that?! My sales person finally came out and said that they were all too "scared" to come out and talk to me about it - obviously because they knew they were deceivers and liars! I was told my Honda Accord was not on the lot so I needed to find another Toyota vehicle (which I discovered later was also ANOTHER lie! I spent my entire birthday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM sitting on a wooden chair at the Union City Toyota dealership with no food or drink, waiting for another vehicle! We found one in Tallahassee Florida and another in West Alabama on the computer but that would take time to have it traded. We then found the one I currently have for an additional $3200 located at Lagrange Toyota an hour south of Union City. As I was getting in the 2nd "new" truck to leave I mentioned my car and was then told, "Oh it's still in the back of the lot. With no food or drink all day, and no sleep the night before, I was too exhausted to enter another battle and left. A couple weeks later I received the license plate and title tag receipt for the WRECKED truck! I emailed the dealership sales people about this and of course they ignored my email. I finally got through with the finance office and finally got it straightened out. Then because it looked like I purchased two different trucks with Toyota my navigational services where not working correctly. I had to make several phone calls over two weeks to finally get that straightened out, and my navigation still tells me there is slow traffic up ahead with red lines on the map at 3:30 AM when I'm the only vehicle on the road? I called Toyota customer service and asked for a two week extension on my one-year trial service because I could not use it due to the fact of my account being crossed with the other truck - because I was lied to by the dealership and sold a wrecked truck - I was told that wasn't possible. I was then told to take the truck to the dealership - but that will never happen. How can I POSSIBLY trust them?! Everything they say is a lie! I am just DISGUSTED with the way I was treated, repetitively lied to, and deceived. I am honestly considering getting rid of this truck and getting a Honda Ridgeline again. Then Toyota Corporate said the dealership would contact me after I sent them this review and again, the dealership refused to speak to me. This experience has given me a very negative feeling towards Toyota. More

I wanted a specific care for a specific price, and she made it happen. She worked on the sale for 12 weeks, and never once gave up! She is amazing, honest, and I would highly recommend her.
