They go the extra mile to get things right, and treat you like your car is their car that they are taking care of. It's all about greedy $$$$$ The Sales Consultant Caleb kemp has NO INTEGRITY and UNPROFESSIONAL Acts. Here is the story .... -- Done all my home works and found a Sienna AWD with confirmation. -- Do kemp has NO INTEGRITY and UNPROFESSIONAL Acts. Here is the story .... -- Done all my home works and found a Sienna AWD with confirmation. -- Done signing spec sheet and customer approval with all the paper works without a lists of non-negligible unnecessary charges. -- Done upload driver license -- Done upload insurance card Then Caleb kemp disappeared completely, don't even talk about his communication style. Days after, follow up again and wait... This is what I got after all these personal data collection: "That vehicle presold already. We will let you know what else we have coming in a Sienna. soon as our system updates." Unbelievable! End of story! More
