Here is the story .... -- Done all my home works and found a Sienna AWD with confirmation. -- Done signing spec sheet and customer approval with all the paper works without a lists of non-negligible unnecessary charges. -- Done upload driver license -- Done upload insurance card Then Caleb kemp disappeared completely, don't even talk about his communication style. Days after, follow up again and wait... This is what I got after all these personal data collection: "That vehicle presold already. We will let you know what else we have coming in a Sienna. soon as our system updates." Unbelievable! End of story! More

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM NALLY TOYOTA IN UNION CITY, GA. These people are crooks!!! In May of this year, my daughter brought an Acura MDX 2005 from this Toyota dealership. She wanted to make extra CITY, GA. These people are crooks!!! In May of this year, my daughter brought an Acura MDX 2005 from this Toyota dealership. She wanted to make extra money helping a friend with her package delivery business. But she couldn’t do it right away because my mother, my daughter’s grandmother was in hospice, dying of breast cancer down in Brunswick, GA. We desperately needed another car to be making these frequent 8 hours round trips. So, this car was to be a blessing, so me and my daughter could be in Brunswick while my sons used the SUV for work. When I was in Union City in May of this year, just passing by, I stopped by Nally Toyota, trying to help my daughter find a car. She had already had a used car picked out at another dealership but she wanted to look around one more time to make sure she had selected the best option. Anyway, when I stopped by, the sells agent that met me, her name was Rita. She took me to the back of the property and showed me an Acura MDX that had just come in. I asked her how much it was and she said it was $5,400. I told her my daughter couldn’t afford it and that she was going to purchase another vehicle at this other dealership for $4,000. Immediately, Rita then says, “Well, I can give it to you off the lot for $4,000 (I forgot the specific term she used), including taxes and tag.” I was surprised and said, “You mean $4,000 for everything? The car, tag, and taxes?” She said, “Yes.” I told her I would bring my daughter by to look at it. The following day, my daughter and I went to see the car. This time we were met by a salesman named Rob (Robert). I don’t know where Rita was. Anyway, they brought the car around for us to look it over. My daughter really liked it and decided to purchase it. We then sat down with Rob to do the paper work and as he was filling in the information, he told us the total. He said the total purchase price was $5,400, plus tag and taxes. We informed him that Rita gave us a price of $4,000 total with everything included. He said she must be mistaken. Basically, she lied. So, we asked to see the manager and he said the price was $5,400 also. So, I said to him, your agents have no business making deals with customers if they don’t have the power to back it up, and he agreed that she shouldn’t have given us that price. So, we walked! I think it was the next day when they called and said they would give us the SUV for $4,500 off the lot, taxes, tag included. We discussed it and decided to go for the deal. When we went to pay and pick up the vehicle, Rita comes waltzing over as happy as can be saying hello to us after telling us a boldfaced lie. We were angry (as anyone would be when you are told one price than come to find out you were lied to)! We were not happy to see her! So, we gave her the cold shoulder. What did she expect? Did she expect us to have open arms? We really wanted to curse her out, but out of respect, we remained silent and she walked away. This Robert guy, her co-worked, then got an attitude with us because we were upset that Rita had tried to trick us. At this point, all we wanted to do was get the xxxx out of there! We got the car and left. Now, two days later, my daughter and I are in Brunswick with my dying mother when I get a call from my son, who tells me that the SUV is leaking oil!!!!!!! My daughter immediately called Nally Toyota and spoke with Robert, who seem far too happy to tell my daughter, “It’s your problem now (It’s all on you).” Then my daughter told him, she only had the car two days, and he said there was nothing he could do. When we got back from Brunswick a few days later, we took the car to a mechanic who said the oil pan was leaking, the oil pump was leaking, and the power steering pump was leaking, and it needed a timing belt! “Oh, my god!!” I told the mechanic that my son noticed the oil on the driveway two days after we brought it from Nally Toyota. He said there was no way that Nally Toyota’s mechanics could have possibly missed all these leaks and if they did, their mechanics were totally incompetent! He said, “Ma’am, they ripped your daughter off!” Also, I would like to add, the next day after purchasing the car, they called and told my daughter that they neglected to have the emissions done on the car. They told her to get it done and they would reimburse her for the expense. Well, to this day, she never saw that reimbursement. If they sent it, my daughter never received it. They can check their records to see if a check was cashed by my daughter. They will find none! My daughter couldn’t immediately afford to fix these problems so she drove it around with it leaking. Today, she has everything repaired except for the oil pump leaking. She has now spent over $1,500 in repair cost. The Honda dealership says to replace the oil pump will cost $800!!! It’s still not fixed! I feel so guilty taking her to Nally Toyota!! I should have just let her buy the car she had intended to buy. Now, my recommending her to Nally Toyota will cast her $2,800 more than she had expected to spend. I wish I had never seen Nally Toyota and I regret the day that I stepped foot on their property. This car has been a nightmare to my daughter and what really upsets me is that this was done to her intentionally. They knew they would be hurting my family but they didn’t car. Why is this letter just getting written? Because my mother died on her birthday, June 6, 2020. And while she was dying, I had to deal with this #$%!. During these hard times, many of us cannot afford expenses like this. Laws need to be changed regarding used cars. They should be warrantied at least one months for every thousand spent. Yes, I know used cars can have their problems and I didn’t expect it to be perfect and that something was bound to go wrong with it but we never though it would be in two days. Nally Toyota said they offer quality used cars. Where, I ask, is the quality? These people are evil, plain and simple. I don’t know how a corporation like Toyota is putting out product like this! I will never, ever buy anything from Toyota ever again. In the past, I had purchased two brand new Toyotas and they lasted many years without any repairs. Toyota, you need to dump Nally and get qualified sells people and mechanics in your dealerships. Toyota, I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am! More
