Within seconds of my appearing without an appointment the next evening at the dealer, the technician asked one question and said, ” You need a battery.” He told me the auto parts store had tested my battery too soon after my arrival and that’s why the battery tested positive. So I purchased the 5 year plan, went to the restroom and before I could sit down in the waiting area, my battery was installed and I was on my way. It was a breeze! More

They were busier than usual due to staff shortage. My wait time was nearly 3 hours and I had an appointment for regular maintenance.
