The day before an auto parts store tested my battery and told me Professional, knowledgeable technicians. My RAV4 hesitated and or wouldn’t start. The day before an auto parts store tested my battery and told me I didn’t need a battery. Within seconds of my appearing without an appointment the next evening at the dealer, the technician asked one question and said, ” You need a battery.” He told me the auto parts store had tested my battery too soon after my arrival and that’s why the battery tested positive. So I purchased the 5 year plan, went to the restroom and before I could sit down in the waiting area, my battery was installed and I was on my way. It was a breeze! More

They were busier than usual due to staff shortage. My wait time was nearly 3 hours and I had an appointment for regular maintenance.
