New vehicle purchase We had a great experience with both Mike Balog & Yaremi Del Rio. Both a credit to the dealership. If we had only dealt with those two we would rated the dealership a 5. The finance guy made an almost $2,900 error on the bundle cost of the Dent/Appearance/Extended Warranty. Ginned out to be $70 per month, instead of the $30 per he quoted. I caught the mistake before leaving the dealership so he redid the numbers. While at lunch I realized it was now only $50 per month, still not the $30 per he quoted. He again redid the numbers but said $37 per was the best he could do. We were pleased with everything else after working with both Yaremi & Mike so let it go at that. My one coaching suggestion for the finance guy would be, when working on final financing details with any customers, SLOW DOWN! More

Excellent buying experience! I was in the market to purchase a car for my 16 year old daughter and had spent several weeks visiting several dealerships including Nissan, Honda, V I was in the market to purchase a car for my 16 year old daughter and had spent several weeks visiting several dealerships including Nissan, Honda, Volkswagen, and Carmax. Having owned 2 Toyota's previously and still owing one, I knew about Toyota quality. After visiting 2 other dealerships that day, and test driving a VW, we stopped into Nalley Toyota, where I have had my 4Runner serviced, and was met by Roy Samuel. It was almost 8:00 but Roy was willing to show us around. We found a 2013 Rav4, but being so late, Roy said to come back tomorrow and take the car for the day to see if I like it. The next day Roy met me in the morning and arranged for me to take the car. I drove it that day, then in the evening my daughter and her mother came to test drive the car. They both liked it. The price was a little out of my budget, but we decied to go ahead and purchase it. I feel that Roy and Jason Cruz were honest and upfront with me about the car during the negotiation process, and I would have no hesitation to recommend Roy, Jason, and Toyota Roswell. More

I have purchased many vehicles over the course of my life, and have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the stereotypical car salesman on many occasions. Ted listened to what I said (the key to being a good salesman) and proceeded to show me the different options they had. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but still ended up test driving three different vehicles until we found the perfect fit. There was absolutely no pressure put on me in any way during my experience, and the entire procees went very smoothly and expeditiously. I would highly recommend Nalley Toyota, and specifically Ted Domohowski, to anyone looking to purchase a car, new or used. More
