He really was knowledgeable when it came to hooking up the phone to the vehicle. Later he helped me set up my iPad to my 4Runner which I bought in March. My granddaughter is really happy with the Corolla we purchased. The rest of the staff was very helpful and I was very satisfied with the deal I received. More

New vehicle purchase We had a great experience with both Mike Balog & Yaremi Del Rio. Both a credit to the dealership. If we had only dealt with those two we would rated the dealership a 5. The finance guy made an almost $2,900 error on the bundle cost of the Dent/Appearance/Extended Warranty. Ginned out to be $70 per month, instead of the $30 per he quoted. I caught the mistake before leaving the dealership so he redid the numbers. While at lunch I realized it was now only $50 per month, still not the $30 per he quoted. He again redid the numbers but said $37 per was the best he could do. We were pleased with everything else after working with both Yaremi & Mike so let it go at that. My one coaching suggestion for the finance guy would be, when working on final financing details with any customers, SLOW DOWN! More
