Knowledgeable, polite and friendly presentation of the Prius 2016 Helped us make a good choice, the Prius 2016, is a great improvement on the 2012 that we had. He worked tirelessly and way past closing time to make sure we drove the new vehicle home that night, and he kept a pleasant demeanor, smiling and offering refreshments, going back and forth to the Managers. We really appreciate him Matthew was gracious to keep the price to our liking, Mr Wang is excellent too and meticulous. And I have to mention Cheri Norry at Service, efficient and knowledgeable. She treats me like I am the only client So Toyota Nalley Team under the auspicious leadership of Mike Balog, Thank you. More

I appreciated that Nalley gave you the price upfront, and not 'come in and we'll tell you'. Richard called very soon after to tell me that the price had even been reduced more, so that definitely made it worth the effort to drive down that day, test drive, and come to a quick decision. He politely answered all my questions, and was professional in every way (no pressure). Once it was decided to go with Nalley, Richard quickly moved to hold it for 2 days before I could get down there again to do the paperwork, etc. Its also a very nice feature that for the first 25,000 they'll take care of the oil change, tire rotation, etc. That's worth the trip every few months! More

DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! I bought a 2012 RAV4 in November of 2012. FIRST, I asked the salesman if the model is going to be any different in 2013. He said NO it will not and wi I bought a 2012 RAV4 in November of 2012. FIRST, I asked the salesman if the model is going to be any different in 2013. He said NO it will not and will stay the same. That was what I determined to BUY this model instead of waiting 2 months. 2 months later, low and behold! Different model is introduced and I am here with the old style. SECOND lie I was told was that by purchasing the extended warranty, I will get a FULL refund when the miles go to 100,000 and I have not used the warranty. The guy said "Oh yea...Toyota is so confident in their products that they guarantee a full refund if you never use the warranty AFTER 100,000 miles." I would have NEVER bought the warranty if that was not the case. I asked three people in the office if this were true (Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Service Manager at the time). All of them verified that it was true. THIRD lie I was told was that this was a NEW vehicle. When I purchased it, they got this make and model from North Carolina or something like that and I had to wait for it. When it came, behold, there was 1000 miles on it. I know math and no matter how many test drives and even if they drove it to Marietta from North Carolina, it would not amount up to that! It is now getting close to the time to get my full refund and so I called Fidelity to ask them how to go about getting my refund and they DO NOT have my name or anything on file! Not only are these people liars, they are also scammers! I called the office today and spoke to a salesman. He said that this was NOT true. He said that it would be prorated based on the amount of miles I have driven. While that is what I would have thought and should have been what I was told in the first place, it was not. I had to verify with three different people before I would commit to buying it. I am so fed up with the service I received here. There were lies upon lies that have led me to believe nothing a salesman or sales manager says here! Something needs to be done about this. More
