Rip off their customer in warranty period As my dealership from where I purchased my Toyota Camry 2015, I did not expect them to rip me off by $1600. A little after 12 months of driving this As my dealership from where I purchased my Toyota Camry 2015, I did not expect them to rip me off by $1600. A little after 12 months of driving this new car, my AC Compressor gave up and after a diagnosis, I was told it had to be replaced. I was fine as I expected them to say that since it is still under warranty it would not cost me anything. Instead they come with an estimate of $1600 to do the replacement. Their excuse was that my car had been in an accident earlier and another part of the AC was damaged, so the warranty of the AC as unit is void. I took my car to Marietta Toyota for a second opinion. I asked them to diagnose my car and they said that compressor needs to be replaced and it is covered by warranty! More

The sales associate, Tyler Cameron, was very professional, patient, and nice. He helped us to the get the care we desired with a good price. We completed the purchase at around 10:00 pm on Sunday and Tyler was there with us all the way and answered all questions and concerns. He also explained and showed all features of the car to us prior to our leave. We have shopped with different dealers and he is one of the best sales agents. More
Lied about car availability I requested a price quote through USAA, and immediately had a voice mail saging it was available. 30 minutes later when we arrived it was gone. He greeted us and cared about what we were looking for, he waited until the deal was completed, after completed waited until I unpack my old car and got into my newer one. I would also like to give a shout out to Richard Osborne who took care of my car at my service visit back in May but I was not able to right a review. I was misquoted the price of the service by a phone representative before I went in. Once I got there, Richard informed me that the actual price was higher but he would honor the quote. Thank you to all the caring service agents at Nalley! More
