Awesomeness I went to Toyota on 11/27/16 to turn in my vehicle as it was nearing the end of my lease. Needless to say I walked out of there with a new 2017 car w I went to Toyota on 11/27/16 to turn in my vehicle as it was nearing the end of my lease. Needless to say I walked out of there with a new 2017 car with the same car payment as before. My sales rep, Richard Wong, was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and worked with me to make sure I got the best deal, answered what few questions I had and even helped me clear out my old car. The customer service rep Amanda who sealed the deal via paperwork was awesome as well. As long as they keep this up I will continue to lease my vehicles from this location. I had an overall great experience and I am a very satisfied customer!!! See you in 3 years for my next lease! More

I would gladly work with him again on another car purchase. We worked with Richard as well who was wonderful. The sales team worked very hard to make out experience great and it was - quick and pain free. We then worked with Amanda finalizing the paperwork and paying the down payment. While she was very nice, she pushed the additional warren ties and add-on's extremely hard. It made us feel like we were about to buy a lemon and would regret the purchase unless we paid for all the warranties. This part of our experience was awful. A process that should have taken 30 minutes, took 2 hours. No was not taken for an answer initially and there were many passive aggressive comments along the way. It was 9:30 pm before we were finally able to leave with everything finalized. We honestly considered not buying the car because of this part of our experience. I now feel like my Camry, which is suppose to be the most reliable car on the market today, will brake down completely and be unreliable after the free 3 year warranty is up. I hope other car buyers will not have this same experience, because it was just painful. But again, Marlon and the sales team were wonderful!!! More

Felipe Iglesias and Amanda O'Bryan took great care of us. No one was pushy or overly "sales-y". Patience and customer service was the name of the game. Amanda, in particular, did a great job finding terms for the financing that worked for us. I'm planning to keep this car for a good long time, but when the time comes, we will definitely return to Nalley for the next one. More

My husband's mechanic wasted no time recommending the Toyota Highlander. Subsequent searches on Edmonds, J.D. Powers, Consumer Reports and Auto Week supported his recommendation of the Toyota for dependability and service. It was listed first on all four sites! The daughter of a WWII Vet, I've always bought "American" but was relieved to see that the Highlander is built in Princeton, Indiana. My car-buying experience began as I traveled to visit my grandchildren in Florida and placed a call to the nearest dealer to my home in Roswell, Georgia. I was arbitrarily transferred to new car sales advisor, Allen. The details are cumbersome, but suffice it to say that from that moment forward, Allen walked closely with me as I attempted to make my decision and orchestrate the purchase while away from home. Even on his day off, Allen accepted my phone calls and patiently answered my inquiries. When it came time to negotiate the purchase, Allen handed off to the sales manager, who rode up on his white horse and sealed the deal --- minutes before my husband bought from another dealer with whom he was on the phone! When we arrived back in town to take delivery three days later, every person in this dealership was kind and courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The receptionist greeted us cordially, Mr. Alston came out immediately to introduce himself and Allen continued to be informative and helpful and spent an inordinate amount of time with my insurance company to arrange for coverage on the new car. When we were ushered into the financial office to finish the paperwork, this gentleman (whose name totally escapes me and is not on any of my documents) expediently produced each sheet for our signature and had us out the door in ten minutes. Our experience purchasing this car was equal to any we have had at numerous "luxury" dealerships throughout the metro area and it will be our pleasure to direct other interested parties to Nalley. Of course, growing up right here in Roswell decades ago, we all remember how Nalley advertising dominated the radio waves and it is pleasant for me to now be one of the folks who have traded there...
