Professional staff that is well trained and gets you in and out quickly and efficiently. No games buying is a real plus. Do your homework with Kelley Blue Book or equivalent so you know the fair market price. I always get the price with no haggling. The finance team has always been exceptional and has provided great advice on any extended warrantee products they offer. Do your homework on warranties ahead of time so you are clear on what you want and don't want (gap, ding insurance, extended warrantees beyond those offered standard with the vehicle, etc.). This will save you a lot of time. More
