Disappointing I bought my Camry new in February 2012 from Nalley Toyota of Roswell and have had it serviced exclusively there other than recently needing a tire rep I bought my Camry new in February 2012 from Nalley Toyota of Roswell and have had it serviced exclusively there other than recently needing a tire replaced due to a nail in it. Up until my visit on July 15th I was very favorably pleased. In fact, my service technician on that day, Dustin Acklin was fabulous and could not have been better (by the way, good employees are hard to find and harder to keep so please give this man the recognition he deserves). The problem is I was charged $120 to put windshield wipers on my car. That is a complete and total rip-off. Adding irony to the story is the day before I helped my daughter buy a new Camry at this same dealership. Well, $120 for windshield wipers is an insult and I am done with this dealership. After spending $50k+ on new cars at this dealership and probably another $10k+ on service they insult me like in this fashion? Again, this dealership will never see me again. Adios. More
Very trustworthy & Professional I took in my 2006 Highlander to be serviced . It had almost 135,000 miles on it. Being the sole driver of this car, I had been , for a while, co I took in my 2006 Highlander to be serviced . It had almost 135,000 miles on it. Being the sole driver of this car, I had been , for a while, concerned about driving it long distances. That day, I was lucky enough to see a pre-owned 2016 Highlander on the dealership's lot which interested me. I took it for a test drive, with the supervision of Jordan Stephenson, one of the sales associates. I was very impressed with how helpful, friendly, professional and kind Jordan was. I would highly recommend contacting Jordan for a car purchase at this location. Also, having been a 20+ year customer at this location,I am very impressed with this dealership since Nalley took it over. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ! More

My first Camry Thirteen Years old and my Son-in-law's brother wanted it and it ran perfectly but for me it was time for a new one and guess what still My first Camry Thirteen Years old and my Son-in-law's brother wanted it and it ran perfectly but for me it was time for a new one and guess what still rated up at the top a Camry only with more current technology such as backup camera blue tooth connectivity more air bags just a safer car. And boy did John Garner take care of us as if we were the only customer in the last week, I have bought many cars in my seventy eight years but this was by far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car I can nor recommend John and this dealership more highly ten stars if you would have asked me oh wait you did so ten stars and I will not leave out Jason Alston the Finance Manager as helpful as any finance man has ever been to me Thanks Jason and John such a great experience. More
