He provided several alternatives for us to get what we wanted from a new car and also was very helpful to guide us on why Toyota versus others brands (Honda and Mazda). Simplest. Car Purchase. Ever. I was just beginning my search to replace my Ford Expedition XL, had done some homework on my next car, and knew the I was interested in seeing the Hi I was just beginning my search to replace my Ford Expedition XL, had done some homework on my next car, and knew the I was interested in seeing the Highlander. Arrived and was warmly greeted by Carlos and he was not a creepy car salesman. He listened to what I was interested in and offered good comparisons (pro/cons) to other Toyota models outside of the Highlander. He understood that I was not making a decision that day and did not try to hold me hostage! After looking at some other makes at other dealerships, it was clear I would go back to Nalley Toyota of Roswell to make a purchase. The level of professionalism from all parties I worked with made this the most easy, simple car I have ever purchased. More
Regular Service Maintenence - Today I hate to write this. I did all my services at this dealer location but this experience was bad. "Regular maintenance required soon" is seen after I hate to write this. I did all my services at this dealer location but this experience was bad. "Regular maintenance required soon" is seen after the service is complete. This makes me feel ify !!! Front windshield wipers doesn't look like original Toyota as explained to me by the agent and felt the price was on the higher side. Saw something online cheaper as I am writing this review. Rear windshield wiper was ordered but not changed, asked to come back next week to be fixed. I understand, I reached the service center around 4:50 PM EDT but still had 2 more hours before closing time. No car wash since it was past closing time, asked to be come back next week. I may have to look for other options for my next service. Was expecting attention to deal by the service technician. More

Get ready to have your credit shotgunned I would avoid buying a car here. Just your typical credit shot gunning going on here. We came in looking for a certified used car with a budget in min I would avoid buying a car here. Just your typical credit shot gunning going on here. We came in looking for a certified used car with a budget in mind. Found a car my wife liked, I liked it also but it had a couple issues I wanted to see fixed. Decided to get our trade valued and let's talk numbers. They give us a range of what our payments would be, but for some reason can't give us what our rate would be(bs), they told us when you get to finance they could tell us. I play along. I then tell our sales rep that I don't want my credit ran more than a couple times. We get to finance, they give us a decent rate but our payment is not in our budget. I get online to their website and find the same car for $2000 less. I bring it up they say no problem we will match it, ok fine. I feel decent about the deal. The only other issue left is the cracked windshield and the front bumper is trashed with rock chips on a 2 year old car, we got it worked into the deal to get both fixed. But of course after we got the "internet price" we have to pay for the windshield, but they are selling it to us at their cost. Ok, $350 for oem Toyota glass, I will pay that. No oem toyota glass was put in our vehicle, they just called a regular glass company and put the cheapest thing they could find in. Supposedly when we got the glass put in they were going to fix the bumper, that just involved someone taking a paint pen and filling in most of the chips. I could have done that. To top the experience off I have credit monitoring. I check it a couple days ago and they RAN MY CREDIT 9 TIMES. After I told them not to. So thanks for that nalley I appreciate the dishonesty. I definitely suggest asking for her. She was completely upfront with everything and made my purchase experience the smoothest it has ever been. My father and I were extremely happy.
