He was patient and pleasant, and was always willing to go the extra mile when called for. Once a deal was reached, the rest of the crew were the upmost in professionalism to get the transaction complete. Clay, the manager helped finalize the deal - and Sean was smooth and efficient in handling all the paperwork. Good and long car buying Visited this dealer based on advertised prices and inventory online. We had no appointment but were quickly paired with salesman Stacy P. The car evaluation and drive testing was informative, quick and pleasant. Everything was going better than expected. However once we decided on the car and were ready to close the deal with finance department is like the breaks were on. We had to wait morecthan 1 hour just to get with someone and then he tried to upsell again for 15 min (not cool) We spent a little over an hour just to “wrap it up”. In sum it was a pleasant experience, a great deal and we walked ok with a great car but also a 5 hours ordeal More
